It is exactly what it says it is. I only wish there was the option for a 55oz size.

Works Wonderfully

I gave this item 4 stars because I can't fit my hand inside to wash it. I have small hands and still have to use a bottle brush to clean it properly. I don't know why the replacement pot has such a small opening when the pot that came with the coffee maker had a much larger opening so my hand fit inside

Do not have shipped to your house

Dont order online- on mine all the glass was broke! Go to the store to get if you need! Other than that I love my Ninja!
