The furniture seems fine. Great customer service.

Timing and delivery of furniture was good. Upon delivery the delivery man noticed one lamp was defected and needed to be replaced. The store replaced it that day and had me pick it up.

Floor Lamp

The style and the lamp is great. However the lamp when assembling was damaged. One piece didn't work to connect. It appeared to be stripped on the inside and would not tighten. My husband is hands on and was able to solidly get it together. There were no lamps in stock when I called to get a new one. My box had been opened and repackaged. It appeared that to get my order filled I received a damaged item. It left a bad taste and I wasn't very happy. I love the lamp. It matches the two table lamps and now I have a matching set. For me it worked out but for someone else it may not have and is poor business tactics.

When we were in Slumber Land store we were impressed with how the table and floor lamp matched our gray furniture, lamps in store were brown and gray, but what we received do not match our furniture.
