Bad quality!!!Rusted less than a month..

I got it in June 2024 and within a month the metal under the sofa is all getting rusted and leaving brown stain on the patio. I am definitely not sure of the quality of this product. It's such a pain to dismantle and return it. Is there customer care who can help with this.

Cushions aren't very good quality

Overall it's really nice but the cushions wrinkled and they don't smooth out.

Easy to put together. Seat cushion is not as thick as I had hoped . Would have been nice for a back pillow to match.

After assembly the sofa was comfortable.

It was a hard assembly for 70 something people.

Looks nice but the Allen-head bolts included for assembly were laborious and frustrating to tighten.

A sturdy sofa at a great price

I love this black sofa even though it took an hour to put together. It's strong to support 3 people and I ordered different cushions for more comfort and pillows for back support. It was a good investment. l look forward to taking a nap on it!

Sit on this bad Larry and forget your troubles. The wicker is soft and pliable. The cushion has great feel. Whole thing comes packaged nicely and is easy to slap together in a morning chore frenzy. It looks excellent on my back porch.

Comfortable and easy to assemble

I like this couch,but the cushion should be a bit thicker, and the back leans back a little to much, had to buy pillows for more support on your back. But it is built sturdy and is an attractive piece to my patio

Good item however instructions said there is a middle leg but there wasn’t. There was three metal bars but not leg. I purchased two of these and both boxes were the same. Because of this, assembly was hard to complete.

Some trouble putting together as everything is in cm and not inches. Directions a little confusing. This is a great piece of furniture well worth buying.

Nice sofa

Very well made and sturdy, the weave looks like it will last a long time. It is very comfortable. I put 6 17x17 pillows along the back rest. The sofa looks great. I couldn't be more happier.

Very dissatisfied

Very uncomfortable. Needs a back cushion. Even using throw pillows it is not comfortable. Buying it online is not a good idea because you need to be able to sit on it before you buy it.
