Good sized couch, that's about it

Clearly made of cheap materials, the sections are only held together by U-shaped metal pieces so it comes apart often. The legs are plastic and break easily. Couch cushions are pretty firm, but relatively comfortable. The couch as a whole was frustrating to put together, the arm rest at the end will fall down if any pressure is put on it.

Very Disgusted

I ordered the Nolan Linen 5pc Double Chaise Sectional Sofa and the chaise was not cut right. The chaise could not be lined up and connected to the arm rest. Therefore, the sofa could not be put together. I requested the furniture to be picked up and have my money refunded. The chair to the sectional was comfortable but the furniture could not be connected. I have been waiting over a month for the furniture to be picked up and to get a refund. The furniture is boxed and taking up my garage space. I cannot park my vehicles in my garage.

Missing parts

Missing parts, I contacted their customer service twice they told me they will deliver the missing parts but I did not get it till know been more than a month since I purchased.

Arms do not connect and not enough brackets to even get them connected. Not worth the $$ at all

Best choice by far

I love this sectional. Double chaises, double chairs, storage with cup holders, double electric outlets , double USB ports, finely upholstered and stitched in a beige/lt gray linen. It makes quite a statement. I loved that it has 2 choices of feet, short or tall. I used the 5" tall ones as is the right profile for my room. The price for a custom statement piece couldn't be beat anywhere.

It took a very long time to get it, left in the rain. Quality seems to be ok, we just took it out of the box today. Its quite modern and we love the chrome legs. Its a nice touch.
