I am happy with this Fox Run Madeleine Pan. I wanted to experiment with some new cakes, so I didn't want to spend that much on a pan. This surpassed my expectations - it was a great value.
Quality product
Lightweight, easy to handle and clean up is a breeze. I’m impressed and looking forward to perfecting the recipe!

Haven’t used the pan yet to bake Madeleines, but it seems sturdy.
Not Happy
I know how great these pans are I've used them in past. My score is because when I received the pan it had a dent it it. I have contacted the people I got it from but have yet to hear from them. So because of that I'm giving a low score.

I was back and forth about purchasing this pan (one use only felt pretty limiting, esp. in a small NYC kitchen) but I'm so glad I did. Two batches so far and not a stick in sight!

Very nice Pan. Used butter to aid with nonstick and madeleines slid out nicely without sticking. Hopefully the finish on the pan holds up in the long term.
Sturdy pan, but madeleines brown quickly. You will get darker brown edges. I had to lower the temp and bake for longer.
havent tried it yet, but it is better than the horrible silicone one I ordered and threw it away
