Great for individual snacks

This pan was perfect for Christmas morning breakfast. We used it to make individual monkey bread pull-a-parts. It was really easy to clean too. The caramelized cinnamon and sugar came right off. Can't wait to make little cakes with it!

Bundtlets of Joy!

This outstanding bundtlet pan was my practice pan for a new whiskey espresso chocolate bundt I wanted to try for Friendsgiving. I found it very easy to clean but a wee challenge to fill, angling myself into every nook for a smooth even 20x pour. Using my new Nordic Ware 3 cup chocolate melting cup with the pour spout helped a lot! The pan filled my entire oven which made baking a wee uneven but overall a fast way to replicate for gifts. I greased with Bakers Joy, butter with flour, and butter with cocoa powder, and lastly butter with cane sugar. My favorite was the sugar. I did turn the pan halfway through to bake each side evenly. I found this pan cooked way faster than mg other bundt pans so the baby bundts came out very dry. But I will adjust for that later. I love love love this pan! I’m baking bundts for my wife’s clients and my brothers coworkers. Fun!!

Mini Bundt Cakes Hit of the Party!

Made mini churro bundt cakes as one dessert option for party of 100. Pan worked very well, easy to remove cakes and clean. My sister also bought one and our finished cakes looked identical.
