Great Use with Caution

I bought both the nonstick Nordic wares for our new grill. Unfortunately I already ruined my veggie roasting ware by using a metal grill utensil. My bad, lesson learned, although I was warned. Anywho I suggest having silicone grill accessories on hand to avoid my mishap. Overall they’re pretty useful so I still recommend them.

Great Item!

I saw previous reviews and wanted to write one because I do not agree! I have used this so many times and i’ve never had any problem with the coating scrapping off. I love this item so much especially for smaller items so they do not fall into the slats of the grill. I stopped making veggies on the grill because of that problem until I found this item!! Would definitely recommend!!!

very delicate

This grill topper is great for preventing small veggies or even fish falling through the grill, but don't think about flipping anything. It scratches so easily with the softest of spatulas - and given that it's used on the bbq, I don't feel comfortable using the silicone spatulas with the heat. Sadly, even the non-scratch sponge used for cleaning scratches the nonstick off. I guess it's good for a season. oh well.

I love this as a grill topper. It is small, but 2 of them cover the entire grill. Great for veggies, fish, anything really!

Really Disappointed

Big quality problem here..... I had the same issue. Used it once and the coating came off. I too am concerned it was on my food. Target should pull this item Immediately. I am trying to figure out how to get a refund but I can't find the link on line.

Wow! Disappointed!

Used the grill topper once. The coating scrapped off while try to remove steak with a grill spatula. Super cheap. I wonder if the coating is toxic, because chips of it probably were embedded in my food.

Great addition to my grill

This is a quality grill topper for cooking fish and vegetables.

Bent and Chipped

Another item that came in poor shape. The grill topper was placed in a box 10 times bigger than the item and must have bounced around a bit. One end was bent and some of the nonstick coating was chipped off. I don't know if the grill topper was bent or chipped during shipping or where it was stored.

Useful but with drawbacks

I got 2 of these and was excited to use them because it meant no more dragging the grungy grill grates in to scrub. I tended to not use the grill as often because of that dreaded chore. These are non-stick and fairly heavy BUT they both warped during the first use on the gas grill and they still buckle while in use but after they cool down the warping goes down somewhat although not all the way. They are still usable if you don't care how they look. Some of the non-stick finish has come off in spots too and they've only been used a handful of times. However, they are still much easier to wash/handle than the grill grates (nothing sticks when you use no-stick spray first) so I did not return them. I also put them in the dishwasher when they're not that dirty and they come out fine.
