Just got it and haven’t had a chance to use it. Was disappointed at the chips and dents. Nordic Ware did not package this for shipping. It looks like it bounced around while in transit causing chips and dents. Disappointed to say the least, but not close to a store to return. So maybe it would not be damaged if purchased in the store.

I make egg bits fill the bottom with. Water placed the muffin tin with egg mixture on top of the grate and they baked up gorgeous! Loved this pan also baked pizza on it saved my oven from a cheese mess!
