I had a cake pan like this for 30 years and it got crushed in a moving accident. When I Googled Nordic Ware and found an exact replacement on Wayfair I ordered one. Still the same high quality. I hope this one lasts another 30 years!

The Nordic Ware Classic Metal 9x13 covered cake Pan had sharp metal edges and I couldn't pry the lid off of it! Wish they still made metal cake pans with sliding lids! The old sliding lid ones were great but could have a higher indent to avoid ruining the icing!

nordic ware pans last a lifetime

I gave the 9x13 nordic ware pan to my granddaughter for Christmas with it full of homemade brownies in it. I have several pieces of nordic ware bakeware and like it very much.

I bought this for my mom who bakes constantly! She absolutely loves it and uses it for cakes, baking casseroles, chicken, etc. The lid for heating yeast rolls and other frozen breads. Other things as pictured (blueberries she quick chilled in the fridge). The thing she love most about this is the lid, when using as a baking sheet, it doesn’t pop and warp. Definitely going to purchase more of Nordic Ware for Christmas 2024!

I had long wanted a sheet cake pan with a metal lid and I love this pan. Just got it yesterday so I have not used it yet. This is my third purchase of Nordic Ware bake ware and I love the fact they have some weight to their products. I had noted with a cake pan that I already had by Nordic Ware that when you use a baking spray, cakes come out of the pan easily and clean. I am sure this will work the same. The best thing about this pan is that it WAS MADE IN THE USA by a family owned business.

Baking with grandma

My grandmother had something like this pan with lid .She used her lid as a cookie sheet. Until someone told it for her. But i just have the pan with out the lid now .she was able the best sweet baker then and bakeky shop or store.well she is probably baking up a storm in heaven now!

Hole after two bakes

I bought this pan (bottom in pic) when my not-old pan (top in pic) developed a mysterious hole. This pan lasted two bakes before it also developed a hole. I'm sad, and weirded out. What happened to Nordic Ware?

Just received my pan today the top had a small indentation in it . Having a hard time trying to get the top off . Overall I like the pan with just those two exceptions .

Very light weight

This is a nice enough pan, and I bought it because I like the thought of a covered pan that the cover can be used as well. But I was a little underwhelmed that it was as light as it is. I expected it to be a little heavier gauge aluminum. It certainly will function, but it feels a little more dollar-store-ish than a quality bakeware.

Great product. Quality made in the USA. Only problem was Fedex delivery!

Sturdy cake pan. Discolors if you put in dishwasher, but still a good pan.

Just what I wanted, but I didn't realize that they weren't dishwasher safe, and it ruined it. Don't put it in the dishwasher!

I’m very happy with the size and construction! It’s just what my husband has been wanting. The non plastic lid will be very useful. I can’t wait until Father’s Day to surprise him!

Really like this cake pan! Higher on the sides than most and can withstand oven temps up to 500 degrees.

Only recently received this pan and have not yet used it. From what I can see, product is as described. Pricing seems high, but delivery was prompt.
