Obsessed with these

They are so great, clean, and large. I use with a genuine silpat because I am iffy on the aluminum but true stainless steel pans are SO expensive. This was my happy compromise and we are really loving them. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER. As it says on their website, it wont damage them but it discolors them.

Too Scratchy

I’ve only used these maybe twice and they look like garbage. Scratched horribly, and I can’t really slide it in and out of the oven because it catches on the racks. Like nails on a chalkboard.

Tried and true quality

These are the best! Well made, never rust, excellent quality. I've bought these for myself, my family, bridal showers, weddings, etc for years. If you want an excellent quality pan that makes perfect cookies, etc, this is the one!

Flimsy

I bought this sheet pan based on the great reviews but was rather disappointed when it arrived. The pan is much thinner and flimsy feeling than I expected. It also arrived with two dents making me really question how it would hold up over time. Returning.

Love pan but not packed for shipping

Love the pan but the corner was bent because of packaging. The last two items I have ordered and had shipped from Target came in huge boxes with absolutely no packing so they just flopped around in there. I’m so confused as to why they don’t pack like other shippers.

Best pan ive ever owned.

I really like this pan, I needed new ones & picked this one randomly. I always use parchment & wash it with mild soap and warm water & I’ve had it for a few months now. It doesn’t burn the food like other pans. Getting rid of all my other pans and buying at least 2 more. If your pan is ruined you most likely ruined it yourself and didn’t read instructions.

Silver Substance Comes off with deep cleaning

Liked this pan the first few times. I got some stains on it and cleaned it with Scrub Daddy Power Paste which made some silver like paint rub off the pan. Nothing should rub off an aluminum pan!! Who knows what is on this thing.

Easy to clean

This pan was easy to clean. You can cook food in it without a foil liner because even if food gets stuck it's easy to clean. It can scratch if using a coarse sponge and can leave a little bit of stains over there but to me that's wear and tear.

These are great for sheet pan meals

I love these baking sheets. I have three. It’s really too bad people can’t comprehend THEY ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. It even says that. So if you’re not wise enough to READ but want to leave a review. Stop taking stars off because of your own mistake. Because it’s deceiving that it’s a bad pan, and they aren’t.

Not dishwasher sade

When they say hand wash, believe them. My sweetheart asked for this pan as a gift, and didn’t realize when he received it that it was not dishwasher safe. Ruined the pan before first use. Other than that, seemed durable.

Best pan on the market

Worth every penny. Indestructible and never warp. Pro level equipment. I’ve bought four of them. Always use parchment or tin foil to cover but you can easily use uncovered to get a nice sear on roasted vegetables. I scrub off stains with barkeepers friend, but most of the time warm water and a scotch-brite cover it.

Fantastic quality

This is my go-to cookie baking pan. I love it so much that I bought 6! I make royal iced cookies that have to be very uniform. These pans don’t warp and are perfectly rigid when you grab just a corner. I have been using them (a lot) for several months and have no complaints. They look as great as the day I bought them.

Im crying there are 1 and 2 star reviews for this baking sheet because people are putting an UNCOATED aluminum baking sheet in the DISHWASHER and then blame the product!! I dont want to even imagine what your cast iron pans look like !! This pan is great and my go to! Here are some tips for yours. This pan is not supposed to go in the dishwasher. Make sure to not use abrasive scouring pads or products (like baking soda) when cleaning this baking sheet. Put down a piece of parchment paper if you dont have a silicone mat before you cook or bake something on this. Not only will it save you a mess, but you wont risk whatever you made sticking and burning onto the pan itself. Dont forget, butter burns after 350F. Silicone or parchment paper will save you the heartache. This pan is fine. But if its not used properly, of course its going to get destroyed. Because you destroyed it! lol

The sturdy aluminum half sheet pan bakes evenly and cleans up fast

I was looking for something to replace my non stick baking pans. They discolor easily, warp, and bake unevenly. People recommended that I get aluminum and I am glad I listened. I really like using this aluminum baking pan. I use the half sheet pan for baking many things: Potatoes, French fries, vegetables, meats, desserts, etc. I also like to take pieces of frozen cookie dough and bake them. So easy for a great tasting dessert. The food bakes evenly and browns nicely. There is no pan warping. Clean up is very easy. Tip: Don’t let baked on food cool on pan. I like that they are made in USA. I highly recommend this sturdy bakers half sheet pan. It’s also sold at a great price.

It works!

I thought this was the smaller version but that’s my bad. I own one like this already and works well. I don’t like the lip of the pan how it holds water when I was it by hand. I have to keep turning it to drain out the water. I use this for baking cookies and I always use parchment paper on top. Even with that it gets scratched somehow. But it’s a pretty pan and it works!

Quality at an unbelieveable good price!

I have and have had many, many sheet pans over my life and this is one of the best - if not the best that I've cooked with. I've learned that the rolled edges are what make the pan sturdy. Unlike other, more expensive pans, this one did NOT warp the first time or subsequent times I've used it. For the price, it's an incredible deal. I'm going to purchase a second one and get rid of my old sheet pans. I highly recommend.

Good size going larger

Nice aluminum pan with hand washing required. Was seeking a pan to bake 4 cookies across. Checked measurements. Good size but will go larger to lessen the prep from one tray to another. I tend to load all the dough on 4 trays then just rotate them while doing the cookie mixing dishes. The larger the better. Will up size next year. In culinary school we used much larger and produced greater quantities. In my home kitchen I still like the speed of tray rotations just tinkering with the size. Prefer Nordic over all others.

The Best

I practically refuse to bake with anything other than Noric Ware at this point. Do yourself a favor and look up reviews of the brand, they compete on a very high level for this price point - and made in the USA! As a tip, I like using silpats with them as well. Overall, this is a great product. Target pricing, and the occasional sale makes me want to stock up for all the holiday baking.

Inexpensive (and it shows) but still a decent value

Seems like a decent pan for the price. I went far too long with lesser-quality sheet pans of varying sizes, so even if these don't outlast the world, they will be worth the meager investment. Pluses: Seems durable, easy to clean, great size. Minuses: Mine's starting to show rusty looking stains after just a few months of use. The lip around the edge isn't completely sealed to the pan so water can get in that groove and it's impossible to dry it by hand. Overall, they get a thumbs up from me. Unless you're going to be cooking for television and need pristine looking sheet pans all the time, save some money and get these instead.

Bad Quality

To begin, the item was damaged upon receiving it, as there was a fairly sizable dent in one of the corners. It wasn’t a huge deal, so I went ahead and hand washed it in the sink. The pan developed a large, milky white spot on it upon drying and it subsequently showed every single fingerprint when I would touch it to dry it off. After thinking I had gotten it completely dry, I then turned it to store it in a cabinet when water dripped out from somewhere that had apparently not gotten dry (despite me taking about 10 minutes to dry it thoroughly and leaving it out longer to air dry).
