I really love my new grater. Odd thought it may be to love such a thing. It's heavier than my old one. Stainless, Not flimsy. Will not rust like my old one. Well designed. What's not to like?

This is an awesome grater for hashbrowns. so much so, that my daughter put in on her birthday list when she moved to a new apartment!! I've owned mine for decades and it's my go-to grater for cheese, potatoes, onions, whatever. Faster to grab than an electric gadget, and easy to clean too. Mine looks just as good as my daughter's brand new one. Well constructed, not sign of wearing out

EASY Shredding

This is very strong and easy to shred vegetables. The only thing I don't like is that it is so long. My old one had the same size but without the long handle. Otherwise it is a very good utensil.
