Great mat, came damaged

There was a cut in the mat when I opened it. (I tore the package open.) Didn't send back as it wasn't huge. This is heavy, good quality and I am happy

It is very delicate. Mine arrived already ripped from handling and I don't see the point in reordering. They should package it better. It arrived in an envelope with no protection.

wonderful rug

This was a perfect match for me . I do not like carpeting in my home. I have two dogs and the hair and dirt gets everywhere, this rug is beautiful and so easy to clean. I just take it outside and hose it off, it dries quickly and holds up very well to the dog traffic.
