Fireplace works as advertised and is a nice addition to our family room. The only thing it lacks is a setting for flame speed. I would recommend not using the provided wall anchors and screws as they are not paired correctly and the screw will not be secure. I ended up drilling some new holes in the bracket in order to line up with the studs.

No I could not purchase this item again

The prize was great value, quality of product was not, Electric fireplace was missing pixels.

I loved this product. Its a beautiful fire place. But it doesn't keeps you warm .The colors are pretty . I also appreciated the remote feature but the only issue woth thst was ,its very cheap and flimsy.

I bought this as an insert below my TV. ...

I bought this as an insert below my TV. The heat comes out of the top! How can it be called an insert if the heat is coming out of the top of the unit? The heat should come out of the front. It was an easy return to the store.

I have been wanting for ages to try one of this fireplaces in a home flip with no fireplace. The install went ok and the fireplace looks nice. I like that is comes with the rocks and clear crystals as well so you can use either one. Changes colors as well and also heats a room

Great Purchase

Very pretty and inviting. It is below our tv and looks great with the living room decor.

Heat is at the bottom, not front.

Please read : The heat vent for this fireplace is on THE BOTTOM. If you are looking for a recessed electric fireplace, the stock photos for this items are deceiving. If you dont want to recess this fireplace, it looked very nice when we took it out of thr box. We ultimately returned it though.

Warm & Toasty

I have had this electric fireplace for several years now and all I can say is I love it. When I have it in my bedroom and when I turn it on and shut the door it will heat up the whole bedroom to where it's nice and toasty. I normally keep my heat on this time of year at about 60 degrees because of the rising fuel costs. How it affects my electric bill I don't know yet but I do know that at least I'm warm at night.
