It arrived rolled up tightly and when I unpacked it stood up at one end and looked all crunched because it looked like they had stood it up for a very long time and it looks a little weird on one end. I am letting it sit to see if that changes with a day or two. If not I may have to return it. It has a slight chemical smell, but it looks like the photo and the thickness of it is what I was hoping for. I would recommend this rug if it doesn't come all crunched up on one end.
