Beautiful rug

This rug is amazing. Met and exceeded my expectations. I have kids and pets so I wanted an indoor/outdoor rug, and this one is not one cute, but comfortable for walking in. Soft, not scratchy, easy to clean. Perfect

Beautiful rug

Loved the Blue/Grey rug on the website. As soon as I unrolled the rug out of the bag, it was even better than on the website. Ordered the 6x9 size and it fits perfectly. In fact, I built my whole design around this rug. I absolutely love this rug.

Durable and easy to clean!

I own three rugs from the ALOHA collection. The 5'3" round is the latest addition. I use all three indoors--living room, dining, room, and hallway. In addition to being aesthetically attractive, the rug is durable and can be easily vacuumed. I spilled red wine but after pouring salt and vacuuming, there was no stain at all!

Really love

Really beautiful. Unrolled and weight curled edge for only about an hour and it relaxed. I have it in n s patio and already had to hose edges of spilled soil. Rinsed clean perfectly. Love it pulse feel on bare feet. Wish I would have gotten two as now out of stock.

Fabulous looking and Neutral Colors

I received this rug today, 6' X 9', rolled it out with the rug still having linear folds but they'll work out. I may use an iron and steam the creases out ironing over a lint-free cotton bakery sheet. Otherwise, this rug looks splendid and richly appointed. It's intended use is on a 12' X 16' deck to protect the decks floor and add color and comfort.

Failure to send us what was ordered, make it right.

When I ordered my Aloha - 05 Nourison 9'x13" beige, cream, blue rug I did not expect Rugs Direct to send me a dark blue, BLACK, and cream rug. When I contacted customer service I was informed that Rugs Direct could NOT "guarantee colors as the disclamimer online does not state that the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible." I had already purchased two other Aloha 05 rugs from Bed Bath and Beyond (which match the photo above identically). I do not understand why Rugs Direct will not pay to have the rug shipped back and send me the rug whch was ordered (blue, beige, and cream) and NOT blue, BLACK and beige. See pictures attached of the rugs we purchased from Bed, Bath & Beyond versus what you sent us.

Even more beautiful in person

I bought the Aloha Blue/Multicolor rug several weeks ago. I picked an indoor/outdoor rug, because I have cats who can be hard on rugs. It's perfect! The colors are gorgeous and really pop. The flowers are raised, which really draws attention to the rug. The best part, my cats have completely left it alone. No clawing or accidents. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

They make it right!

This rug is beautiful and well made and designed. It looks great in our dining room. The first rug we received had a clearly visible manufacturing defect. Rugs Direct, upon being notified, immediately sent UPS to pick up and return the defective rug to them. We received our replacement rug in just a few days and it was very nice. Thank you Rugs Direct for your excellent product and outstanding service!
