Check upon delivery for any defects!!

I specifically asked if this rug came rolled or folded. It was determined it would come rolled in a box. However it was delivered in a LARGE box, barely secured with tape. It was FOLDED apparently allowed to slid in the box, causing it to come very close to sliding OUT of the box. Not only that, the rug has a binding on MOST of the rug except for approximately an area of 8 - 10 inches along the 9' edge. I called Lowe's and was told they would give me a discount which i declined, i could return it to the store OR they would pick up for $79! I refused to take it back, they needed to take responsibility and pick it up! They agreed to pick up at no charge to me. Thank you Customer Service!

Lovely design and colours but buy a anti-slip under carpet mat to keep in place on wood floors

I like the rug it is nice. I like the colours and the design. It is rather slippery on a parquet floor so maybe look at investing in something to put under it to keep it in place. Overall it's a nice product and whoever made it should be commended for their hard work and skill.

manufacturing defect TWICE

I purchased this online for store pickup. Got it home and it had a manufacturing defect. There's a sharp line a few inches from the edge, around half the rug, and from the crease to the edge, the rug is a discolored. I returned it but they don't have it in stock so I had to order it again and request a price adjustment to still get the sale price. When it was ready I picked it up and got it home only to find the same defect. Either they sold me the same defective rug twice or there are multiple that have this defect.

The beige/grey is actually a cool toned grey

I bought this rug thinking that it would be more beige than grey, but it was actually a very icy whiteish-grey.

Wow! Very happy with this rug

I was reluctant to order this rug since the price was so affordable. After looking at many reviews and pictures I was anxious to order this. I have many animals, dog, cats, farm animals. I have replaced my den rug 6 times due to dogs tracking in dirt and from foot traffic. I always bought the rugs on Facebook Marketplace because I did not want to spend a lot of money and keep replacing them. I always got lighter colored rugs because it's all there was, but wanted darker colors to hide stains. The colors are perfect. Not only do they match my den decor but the rug looks more expensive and almost dimensional. I'm very happy with this purchase. The pile is thicker than I expected, the overall quality is great, the pattern is nice, colors are perfect for heavy traffic areas and the shipping was quick (3 days).

Exactly what I needed!

I’ve bought tons of rugs in the past due to dogs and children in the home with normal wear and tear. For this price point, this is a great value! It’s soft and looks well made. I’ve paid more for smaller rugs in the past that haven’t had this quality. So glad I went with this one!

Amazing Area Rugs

I previously purchased three of the lighter version of these rugs (ivory & gray). They held up very well but we purchased a new sectional and needed a larger area rug. I looked on line and could not find anything I liked better so I purchased three new ones in the darker colors (beige & gray) and I LOVE these. They came well packaged and laid flat pretty quickly. I like that they look different as the day progresses into evening. In artificial light, the design stands out more and the colors appear darker. They look awesome no matter the time of day. I would absolutely recommend these rugs.

The rug was shipped to my local store. The carton was opened when given to me. The rug inside was ruined. I was expecting a neatly rolled rug. The rug was folded and wadded and stuffed in the box. It has permanent wrinkles that are never going to release. I returned it and reordered in the store where the clerk put written instructions that I would only accept a new ROLLED rug They shipped the same rug in the same used box right back to me again. This is the second time I have been badly disappointed in a home decor item from HD. I will not buy anything except building materials here in the future. Personnel at my local store were helpful.

This rug is perfect for our breakfast nook. Vacuuming is easy. Feels good under bare feet.Love the oval shape. This rug was made for our space!

True color and great quality

I bought this runner for my entryway and it was what I was looking for.The colors are just a pictured and it seems good quality.

It's a nice rug, but very thin. Also is not the same as the rug ordered and pictured, but similar in hue.

Ties in tans, grey and cream. Perfect colors. Darker from one angle and lighter from the other so you can flip it to suit your taste. Doesn't show any dirt or hair, light or dark, with our 2 dogs. I put a 1/2 inch felt rug pad under to make it softer.

Bought this same area rug a year ago and finally got another one to match. My living room now has marching rugs, I love them!
