Beautiful rug and excellent service!

I was hesitant about ordering a rug based on a small picture on line but was pleasantly surprised. The rug is as beautiful as I’d hoped. After ordering I received notice that the rug would be shipped in 4 to 7 days (or something like that). I thought it meant that’s when they’d be able to first send it out but was again pleasantly surprised when I received the rug in less than a week. I would definitely use Incredible Rugs and Decor again.

I would buy another kathy ireland rug again!

Buy it! We've had this rug over 2 years. It is holding up well, even with 2 small dogs on it every day. It is thicker and softer that other rugs that I've bought. I liked the green and cream colors. I wish there was more of the pink/nude color. The description says gray but I disagree. Focus on the pictures that are of the actual rug and then remember that the lighting is making it brighter. In reality, the colors are less vibrant but are still pretty. The cost is worth it. I wish I could buy a back-up for when I need to replace it!

Very plush rug - rich, beautiful colors

This rug is very well constructed - even edges, very plush pile, crisp colors. Well worth the price!

Darker than area rug

Bought the area rug and decided to get the runner also, didn't measure but it ended up being much smaller than the runner I currently had in there. It is also much darker than the area rug, the lighter colored edges, etc. are not there. Its OK, not as nice as the larger rug. Otherwise, seems like a nice rug of pretty good quality..
