NOT 20 inch soaking depth

The specification says 20 inch soaking depth. It is 13 inches from the bottom of the floor to the bottom of the top drain. Waste of time! Do not order!

So glad I splurged for this tub. It is so deep and really helped elevate the presence of this small space. Definitely recommend!

Not as Pictured

This is advertised as a freestanding bathtub. It is an alcove tub that has a front skirt and needs walls.

Perfect soaking tub with simple clean lines. Beautiful.

Beautiful tub, had a little snafu with the delivery service, hopefully it’s in damaged. Haven’t been able to inbox it to totally check for damage. But it sure is pretty what I’ve seen of it.

LIGHTWEIGHT

Admittedly I knew what I was getting wasn't terribly high quality, but this tub is so lightweight it's embarrassing almost. *Pro Tip: Do Not Use the waste and overflow that come glued onto it. Take em off, buy a separate waste

Garbage

Bought this tub June 2020. A plumber and I installed tub correctly. All four legs leveled on concrete floor like should be. We attached to wall studs correctly. Tiled around it. Sheetrock around it. No installation instructions came with tub. Now tub is popping and snapping like it's going to crack in half. Eviva manufacturer won't do anything and Home Depot says bring it back..how can I bring it back after spending all that money on tiling, tub installation, sheetrock work, etc.and then have to redo all of it again..I can't afford that. Don't buy this tub or buy products from this manufacturer. Defective tub I've got to live with now..I thought something was wrong with the bar that holds legs when it was installed but thought it was designed to be that way. It was defective. Should have gone with my gut feeling about the tub.

Tub was ordered in advance to be "on hand" when remodeling was completed. The shipping damage was not noticed at delivery. Tub sat for several weeks in the place of delivery while remodeling continued. As tub installation day approached, the tub was brought out from its storage spot to confirm dimensions, etc. While unpacking from the original shipping box a damaged corner of the box was discovered and when the tub was unpacked it was also discovered a corner of the tub was broken off. There is also severe warping of the upper ends and side of the tub. . The tub "flange" is warped at the left end, the back side and the right (drain) end. No amount of trim work will make up for the functional faults (puddling) which will result from the built-in manufacturing flaws of this tub unit. Due to this tub having significant manufacturing flaws, we are requesting immediate replacement with a properly constructed tub.
