Nice Area Rug

This area rug is perfect for what I needed it for. Just hoping it hold up through the fall and winter with all of the foot traction. The colors are perfect and the seems look great. Laid down flat with a little pressure to help unfold after being rolled up.

The website is okat. The survey, however, is idiotic! They ask you about the quality of the products you just ordered, and whether the purchase was good value. Maybe a fancier computer has the ability to see the quality of the products offered by etailers. Sadly, mine does not.

Not great - do not recommend

We ordered the 14 ft runner in grey. It arrived promptly and was packaged well. It arrived today.

Pretty rug, looks great in my kitchen, but lacking in the expected quality.

I purchased this area rug and several accent rugs as well. The rug looks great, but the quality is not what I expected. It's thin compared to the rug I replaced from 12 years ago. Hopefully it will hold up well. It doesn't get much foot traffic.

VERY thin, which isn’t even the worst part. A rug pad could have solved that. The worst part is the actual material of the rug. It’s very rough and not soft to walk on. It’s a “nice” looking rug in terms of colours and design, but very very cheap feeling. Honestly just spend a little more money and opt for another rug.

Wasn’t what I expected. The pattern isn’t as distinct looking as in the photo and the carpet is more grey overall than cream/ivory with a dark design. I thought this would be a bit ticked too, wasn’t expecting shag but at least a bit more cozy? It feels more like a flat woven carpet than “low pile”.

Nice but NOT good if you have kids

The rug looks nice. It’s thinner than I expected but that wasn’t a problem. It’s more of a beige/gray than bright white (which I ended up liking better).

Poor quality

We were so excited about this rug. Unfortunately, it fell well below our expectations. Though the design was beautiful and as pictured, it was very thin and not soft at all. Felt quite chintzy. The "premium" pad that we bought to go underneath was also thin and cheap-feeling, and didn't provide any additional cushion or comfort. As far as returns go, it costs over $60 to ship this back, so buyers beware...

Perfect for my office

I purchased the white and grey 7’1/2 x 5’ rug and I love it! It fits perfectly in my office! The rug is a dull white and the grey is more of a graphite. Not quite charcoal. It’s also a very flat rug, as in not plush. That’s what I wanted so if you’re wanting a thicker rug I’d find a different one. It shipped really quickly and had no problems. Would definitely recommend this rug!

For the price point I think this is just average, overall I’m not especially pleased with the quality. This is not a plush comfortable rug. It’s incredibly thin. I already have a rug pad under it and I am considering adding an additional one for extra comfort underfoot. The color choices as described, a very light beige or off-white, with contrast of dark gray. The print is very pleasing. However, I also do not care for the packaging in which it arrived, the folded style as opposed to the roll. It has been in place several days and it is still wrinkled throughout the rug. They are not settling at all and because of the folds I am worried it will just be in a constant state of wrinkle. I would not purchase this again. First of all, for $200, you can't beat it! Our previous rug was a light color and got really dirty over time, even though we kept it vacuumed and spot cleaned it. I called around for pricing to have the rug cleaned, but it was going to cost $200+. So, I just decided to purchase a new rug that may not show dirt so easily. We went with a darker color this time, which took me a while to get used to, but I think it looks great! The texture of the rug is different from our last one, which took me some time to get used to. I may eventually purchase a rug pad for it.

Very nice!

I have had this rug for just a few days now. I can't tell you how much I love it!! It's perfect. The colors are true to pictures in advertisement. It's soft and comfy but I did buy a non slip pad to put underneath so that helps. It's a perfect combo. My husband already spilled ketchup (yes ketchup!!! On a white rug!!!) and it was surprisingly easy to clean. I was able to get it all out. With a messy husband, a snacky 2 yr old and a dog, I was happy to see how easily it is cleaned.

The Photo is Not Representative

The photo shows that the background is white or light cream but it is actually a dirty tan. I had purchased both the 8X10 and a 3X5. I was disappointed with both since the colors were wrong. The on line return process charges $49 for a $162 8X10 rug and $18 for a $26. Wayfair charges far less for returns. If the return is so expensive the photos should be true. Also a written description should be made available. I won't order from this company again because the risk is too great.
