You get what you pay for. I bought this mattress because it was Priced Right and had some good reviews. It was delivered to my vacation home where I only use it a few times a month. When I lay down you can hear the Springs clunking under the lightweight foam top. You also hear the springs and feel them clunking when you roll over while you sleep. I will be taking this back for a refund. His mattress would probably be okay for a child not an adult that weighs 170 lb.

Extremely Disappointed

This was my first time purchasing a mattress online. I did a lot of research and this mattress was the only one that had enough good reviews. The reviews led me to believe that the mattress would be a perfect fit for me. Unfortunately, after two weeks with the mattress, I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. I let the mattress expand for the 72 hours recommended on the instructions and after TWO WEEKS, the mattress has STILL not fully expanded. On top of that, the firmness of the bed is not consistent. At times, it’s firm and comfortable, and feels like what I was expecting. However, majority of the time, the bed is too soft and I sink into the mattress. It makes it uncomfortable for me to sleep and makes it difficult to get out of the bed due to the mattress being too soft. The weird thing is that the firmness of the mattress changes everyday and changes locations. I have to choose a different side to sleep on each night depending on which side is firm that day. It’s not consistently firm, which is my biggest issue. I will be returning this mattress.

Bought a Second One - Best Mattress Ever!

Moved across the country, bought the same exact mattress because the experience I had with my first one was too good. I couldn’t imagine settling for a different mattress. After letting it expand for 72 hours, the feel is the perfect combination of firm support and sink-in! No box spring, underneath support needed other than your bed frame and this mattress. 10/10 would recommend!

Great mattress but very firm

This is an excellent mattress for the price. But its advertised as “medium” firmness, and its definitely not medium. I would call this a firm mattress, maybe erring on extra firm. Which was disappointing, as my partner prefers a true medium firmness due to his joints having issues. But its significantly more comfortable than the brick we were sleeping on before, and I’m sure with a softer mattress topper, it’ll be just right.

Firm believer

Very skeptic about a bed in a box and letting the bad reviews get to me. But I ended up ordering the bed. I love it it’s soft but very firm just what a like I’m a side and a stomach sleeper so this is perfect for me you don’t sink into the bed. The design is perfect I love the green and the handles on the side help so much I needed to move and put the bed onto the bed frame. Highly recommend it’s perfect to my liking and first time buying from this brand.

Well made mattress but too firm for me

My 9 year old son was in need of a new mattress so I began the search. After many good reviews on Reddit I chose this mattress. The price was really good and sealed the deal. It seems like a good mattress and well made. My son likes it and says it's comfortable which at the end of the day is all that matters. I have slept on it with him several nights and unfortunately I feel differently. In my personal opinion it is too firm and I have woken up with neck and back pain complaining that the mattress sucks. I don't know if it is a weight and height difference. He is 4'5 and 75lbs where as I am 5'7 and 180lbs. My son hates his previous mattress and likes this one so I will keep it however if I had purchased it for myself I unfortunately would be returning it. I don't know if the hybrid would be different but based on everything I read in the reddit groups it is apparently more firmer which is why I purchased the one I did . Overall I don't think this is a bad mattress at all and especially for the price you get a well made bed. I just personally found it uncomfortable and too firm.

No pain, sleep like a baby

We first experienced the Novilla mattress at an AirBNB in North Carolina. I hadn't slept that well in years, and woke with no pain in my back or hips. We bought a new home just a couple of months after our trip, and I wanted a new mattress for our home. I ordered a Novilla hybrid and have slept like a normal human since! We are very happy with the product and will buy again in the future when needed.

Still waiting for the right mattress (for a month)

I ordered a 10 inch mattress but received an 8 inch mattress. When I contacted support they said to wait to see if it expanded more (it had sat expanding for 3 days already) but it did not expand further. Then they offered a 20% discount (which I declined because if I wanted an 8 inch mattress I could have bought it for less than that discount amount) next they offered a 3 inch topper (again, I declined because I really just want what I paid for). Which up till this point I figured they are just following standard process. But then they offered me 20% off again. At this point it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting to get the mattress that I paid for.

Ok so for the price (on sale) I feel like you get what you pay for and that’s what I got so it’s marked as fair. You can feel every spring in this mattress and for a memory foam hybrid I certainly didn’t expect that at all. Now I’ll have to get an amazing mattress topper to go over it so I don’t have to replace it. That’s disappointing. The only reason I didn’t send it back even with the warranty was once a mattress is opened and fully ready for use it’s quite larger than when it arrived. There would be no box or wrapping to put it in and the hassle would be too much effort. On a bright note the delivery was quick.

Best Bed Ever

I am so delighted with the mattress I can’t wait to jump in at bed time.

Collapsed at top, bottom and corners

We fluffed for 5 days before returning to store. It was comfortable to lay on however I was worried about it holding up/being supportive considering the lack of support at top, bottom and corners. Absolutely packaging compromised the integrity. Too small of a box (queen). When opening it burst with such force I almost got injured. I’ve ordered two other hybrid, in box mattresses before and had a much better experience. I tried the Novilla because of reviews and was less money. Not worth it.

Good mattresses

This is my second purchase. 2 years ago I bought the queen size. I couldn't be happier with it. Best mattress I've ever slept on. The king size does not feel as good. It's much softer especially in the middle of the bed. I double checked that it wasn't the frame. The topper does not have as much cushion and give to the springs way easier. Side note please stop using FedEx they are the worst

Great Value

This our 3rd Bliss mattress. I found these a few years back in my quest for a better night’s sleep, and they certainly delivered. We have one in our guest bedroom and everyone comments on how comfortable it is - firmish but with full body support.

Great for the price

I purchased three sizes of this mattress for me and my older kids. We were on a budget and the price was right. These are extremely comfortable, we all feel like we sleep better now than we did on mattresses more than 4 times the price. That being said, if you're looking for edge support these are hit and miss. The queen and full size mattresses have good edge support on the side, but not as much at the head/foot. The twin size has barely any and has a lot of give to it. Id say the twin is soft while the full and queen are medium firm. We would order again!

Upon first inspection upon opening

It comes in a cardboard box. Opening it is in a plastic bag. Upon cutting the bag get ready. It opens with the force of a mule kick. If you are small it will knock you back. It needs space to open so clear the breakables. It has coiled springs! It has foam and a pillow top. It looks good. It is heavy! Do not think you can move it from room to room without help. It is about a foot thick. It is tagged and made in Indonesia. It shipped out of New York. It does not smell or stink like the foam mattress I am replacing did.

Good bed! On the softer side

Upgraded from a full to queen. Solid bed, I was skeptical when first unpackaged, but it deflated all the way in about 12 hours! Still a couple wrinkles in it but nothing noticeable while laying on it. Would’ve gotten a 5 star if there weren’t loose strings along the seam. I’ve had it for over a week now, 5/5 comfort! And arrived on time. I could imagine returns would be difficult- if the buyer had already opened the vacuum packed bag. Just thoughts!

Never slept better!!

I bought this mattress for the bed in our guest room after many guests complained that the old mattress was way too soft. Since we have a hybrid mattress on our main bed and love it, I decided to go this route again. So last night I left my wife to try out the new mattress and wow!!! It took me about two minutes to fall asleep and I slept fantastic all night. I am a side sleeper and it was perfect, plenty firm yet soft top to yield to my body shape. The mattress and the whole experience with Novilla have been very satisfactory (except it came by FedEx, they are the WORST). Good job and highly recommended.

No worries! It is what folks say it is. My expectations were exceeded. It's a medium firm with a memory foam top. It's just soft enough for your shoulder blades, buttocks to conform to the foam yet your body will not be held in place if you wish to turn from sleeping on your side to your back. It sleeps warm, not hot. Be careful to remove the shipping wrapper slowly and in sections as mine exploded out of the wrapper. Wasn't ready for the mattress to be queen sized at that moment but it worked out fine. It is not going to feel like a Sealy Posturepedic. We also recieved a new queen and the difference in Medium firm between brands is startling. Both sleep very well. Be happy don't worry!

Happy Mother-In-Law!!!

When my daughter and her husband recently were planning a trip to visit, I realized my son-in-law, bless his heart, would hang off both ends of my queen mattress. So I set out to obtain a comfortable king-sized mattress for my king-sized guest. I was a little apprehensive because I didn't know much about the Novilla brand, but I saw it was getting good reviews. I thought I would try it and, if it wasn't comfortable, I could just return it. Wow, was I happily surprised. My daughter and her husband both raved about how well they slept and how comfortable this mattress was. Great vacation . . . happy guests, happy mother-in-law.
