Novilla Bliss Memory Foam Mattress

I've had my Novilla Bliss memory foam mattress for a couple of weeks now. I purchased it after researching several brands and wanting to be sure the new mattress I got did not contain fiberglass.

Good comfort-Great value

Bought this for my growing teenage son who needed up upgrade from a twin. He loves it- firm but not too firm and overall really comfortable. Delivered earlier than expected, left to inflate right before we went out of town for a couple days and when we got back it was perfect and ready for a good nights sleep.

Very happy customer

my mattress was delayed an extra day by Fedex. it arrived around 5 pm. It took me my husband and a dolly to get it inside unpackaged and on the bed. we slept on it the first night, against the reccomendations, It was very uncomfortable. I awoke with pains all over. I was skeptical about a mattress in a box. The next night was better. we have had our mattress 6 days now. My husband and I both love it. We are seniors, He is 6'4" and 240 lbs. I am only 130lbs. With this mattress, I don't roll to his side of the bed due to our weight difference. This mattress is great ,it is soft but yet firm, at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with our purchase and would reccomend this mattress to anyone.

Not happy with workmanship, defect in materials

While the overall quality and mattress seemed top-notch, there was a defect in the top cover for the mattress. Even after waiting for several weeks thinking it'll fix itself, there was this excess material in the top cover that caused a lump/bump on one side (which could kind of be felt if you happened to sleep on that side). While customer service genuinely wanted to help us, we're just a bit too busy and lazy to take pictures and send it over and to go through the entire process of getting this issue resolved. If you're a little lazy and want a perfect mattress from the get-go, I'd shop for a different brand and/or not get a mattress online sight-unseen.
