I purchased both the runner as well as the 5x8 version of the rug.

Beautiful rug

It's beautiful, soft on my feet, very well made doesn't feel cheap. Picture looks like it does online. I'm trying to find another room in my house to buy another one!

Don't be fooled -- it is BLUE

I want to give this 5 stars but it is much bluer than the photos would have you believe, rather than gray/black/white - it honestly looks like a dark navy blue rug, which is not what I was going for. It also still has not flattened out fully after 2 weeks, but hopefully this sorts itself out with time. The weave is very nice and the fringe is thick, which I like.

Fits my space nicely

I was debating for a few weeks to come to decision on what rug I wanted for my gathering room. I finally pulled the trigger on this one with rugs usa. Very glad I did, I get many compliments on it, and I was so happy with the quality and the fast shipping I purchased another for my flex room a week later. Their shipping is incredibly fast. Beautiful, versatile rug.

This is my second time purchasing this rug. I love the look which is a darker grey and has more interesting contrast than what you see online. It also feels nice and springy under the feet. It’s used in my high traffic kitchen area and conveniently hides stains. The reason I removed a star is because the stitching came loose from the side of the first rug I had after about a year so I ended up getting a new one. The tassels can also get caught in the vacuum and unravel, but that’s the issue with all tassel rugs. Obviously, this rug was good enough to replace with the exact same model so I’m happy with it overall.

Rug was defective. Customer Service was great.

Had to return the rug due to a defect. It was VERY obvious where a 6 inch area of rug had not woven properly. I understand that there are defects sometimes in the manufacturing process, but this was so obvious that is seems their quality control is non existent. On the positive side, my return process was very smooth.

Tassled Diamond Showstopper

This rug is excellent quality and runs true to size. I was surprised to see there are flecks of blue in the rug. However, the color blue was not mentioned in the description. The colors do work well together and would compliment any decor. The rug had no smell when opened and really never shed after first vacuuming. I am pleased to say I had no issues with the ordering or delivery of the rug and would highly recommend.

Beautiful classic rug

This rug is absolutely beautiful! It is classy, simple and still makes a statement. I placed it under my dining table and it is perfect! I’m very pleased with this purchase. I’m new to RugsUSA, but I’ve recently bought a few rugs. I’m now a loyal customer! Reasonable shipping times, great packaging and awesome prices

Ripped, loops coming out, wet

Arrived with ripped packaging and wet. Was left outside my garage door in the rain with ripped packaging and was soaked. Had a horrible smell when opened and tried to dry it in my garage but it took days, was still damp and smelled horribly. Also, was discolored in the middle from being soaked and the loops were coming out in some places. Was told I could return, which means I need to find somehow to package the rug, a car big enough to transport it and someone to help me lift it in and out of the car. It is a large rug (11×9) and very bulky and heavy. Just a pain overall. I have ordered a few rugs in the past from Rugs USA and they have beeb been okay, but this is unacceptable.

soft, blue hues, might snag easily

This is a very lovely, soft rug. Needs a rug pad like every other rug. Colors are very dark blue and light grey/light blue. Overall I'd say it's blue more than grey- as opposed to the online pics which look more black & white. My only gripe is that the way it's woven- it will probably snag very easily. I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area.

Love this rug, but does have blue tones.

Great rug. I did read in one of the reviews that the coloring was a little more blue than expected. That is an accurate observation. The gray is more of a steel blue gray. I knew if there were some blue tones to it, the rug would still work in my room. But if you need only gray, black and cream, this is not the rug for you.

I am absolutely in love with my new rug!! I have never taken the time to review an item online -ever - so I mean it when I say I love it. The quality is great, and it is just gorgeous. I was hesitant because I kept seeing reviews about the white one having more of a blue-gray tone in the detail work- however I really wouldn’t worry about it! I have more of the grays and whites in my living room and this rug fits perfectly. I can hardly even notice the blue tones. :) if you are hesitant I say go for it!

Worth it!

This rug is super nice, especially for the price! It came nice and clean, I vacuumed it after laying it down. Took about 1 day to uncurl and lay flat from being rolled from shipping. The colors are really nice - grays and blues in the pattern on kind of a white/cream/gray base color. The fringe is a cute addition! Have it in our bedroom with darker gray walls and it looks so nice! Not the thickest rug but plenty soft on our feet, doesn’t shed, easy to vacuum.

I bought this rug in two sizes for my L-shaped hallway. I chose the darker color which turned out to be not as dark as pictured on the website. The rugs curled up quite a bit on the ends but flattened out after a few days with some heavy books on them. The tassels are nice and thick, lie flat, and don't seem to tangle much or get caught in the vacuum cleaner. The rugs are NOT soft and definitely have that "synthetic" feel (almost as bad as an outdoor rug), but that doesn't bother me too much as they are in a high traffic area and all I really wanted was something that would take a beating and not show dirt. So far they're doing the job.

Great Rug

We are thrilled with our rug and the price was great for quality. We ordered a rug pad separately since we were putting a couch and furniture on top of it, but the rug still felt decently thick and sturdy without it (we bought the 11x14.) The detail on the ivory rug shows as a mix of navy/charcoal/light blue-silvery gray depending on what is around it and your lighting.

Timeless and Knotted Beauty

I love this rug! Got it in a 6x6 and it is so cool with the tassels. My favorite part is that is rounded tuffs so it won't shed (which was a major problem with my old rug) and it super soft to the touch. The pattern is the perfect blend of interesting yet not overpowering. I was worried the black fringe was going to be too heavy but its really elegant.

Very happy with the new rug!

Rug looks great in our livingroom. Colors are just as pictured. Love the texture this rug has. Looks like it will hold up well in a room where it will get lots of use. I took a long time in deciding on this rug. Ultimately went with one that still had an overall light look, but had some texture and pattern to add interest to the room and also hide the spills/spots etc. This rug is replacing one purchased from Rugs.usa about five years ago. Love this site! Recommend it to everyone. Shipping is fast and prices can not be beat!

Love it!

Purchased this rug in the 5x8 size for my sons nursery. It was delivered 2 days before the expected date and came nicely packaged in a roll so there were no creases. The quality is great. It was completely flat by the next day and had no odor from chemicals. The colors were perfect for his slate grey and cream walls. This is my first purchase from rugs USA and I will definitely buy again!!

Rug arrived fast and overall as expected. Colors are great and definitely on the blue side but knew this from other reviewers.
