Love this rug. I've bought several in different sizes, and I'm happy with all of them. The color is a pure gray, with the pattern done in cream. The rug is heavy, and it didn't take long for the fold lines to dissipate. (It was shipped folded, not rolled.) It has been spot cleaned when necessary, and it's colorfast. Couldn't be happier with it.

Quality is not good, in fact very bad. Rug is very thin and it was rolled so tightly that when unrolled it was wavy and wrinkled beyond help. I've reached out to Houzz to refund my purchase price and they have not been very responsive. The "Houzz Team" says they are reviewing my claim. The rug is unusable!

First I’d like to say that I LOVE this carpet. With that said I didn’t give all the possible stars because I want to encourage this company to not use FedEx shipping anymore. They left my packages on the wet ground when my giant wraparound covered porch is less than 4 feet away from this spot. I have always had trouble with FedEx and I think it should be up to the seller to complain about it because they rarely listen to us consumers. Otherwise, it is very nice and I would buy it again.

Really beautiful. Looks so good against our hard wood floors. As soon as I received it, I unfolded it and placed boxes/furniture on the creases and rug corners. It’s been about a week and the creased are almost gone. Great purchase overall!

This is a great rug for the price. I expected a lower quality just because of the price, so it was a nice surprise. I was hoping it would be a little more white than Ivory but it came in pretty much as described and looked like the picture. Our lighting isn't the best, but I am sharing a few pictures. I would recommend this product.

I'm so sad I did not read all the reviews before I ordered this. I see now that some of the reviews mention the rug is grey and not cream or tan in the background. I have a room that is tan and navy! I did not need or want a grey rug! How hard would it be to mention the grey color in the product description? The product description says it's light blue! It's not, it's navy and grey!!!

Great rug

This rug is of fine quality.....I ordered the silver color and it is very pretty. . . Looks great in the bedroom. Also, I received it earlier than expected! . . I would recommend this rug to others.

Beautiful rug at a great price

We love this rug. It is well made, good quality, fairly price and it arrived fairly fast. The colors are blue and gray and you could use with or without a pad. We opted for the pad for extra comfort. Very satisfied with this purchase, I would recommend it if the colors work for your home and or office.

Like the quality but not the color

I ordered the rug in ivory and thought it would be a great compliment to my dark grey furniture and wood flooring.. however, in person it is much harder to see the actual oriental floral print on the rug. It is much more faded in person where you don't even immediately notice that the print reflects a vintage looking oriental rug (with the borders and the floral pattern), which kind of defeats the purpose when you're looking for a distressed vintage look. Even staring at the icon for this rug on the website I'm amazed at how much more grey it looks, where as mine looks more like a dominant ivory white rug with some faded patterns. Unfortunately it just didn't match well so I will have to look for something darker. With that said, I do like the quality of the rug - it turned out thicker than I had imagined and is comfortable to sit and walk on. Less

Area Rug

I was a little skeptical after seeing some of the comments made by others regarding the color and creasing. I spoke with customer service and bought the rug. It is just what I wanted. It is a light muted gray with off white color just as shown. The rug arrived quickly rolled up nicely with no creases when unrolled. Went great with my newly painted furniture (Annie Sloan graphite paint with a black wax) furniture. Would look at other pictures customers posted to see the actual color. Very happy with the purchase!

Love it!

After reading the other reviews and seeing customer pictures, took the plunge and ordered it knowing there was a risk without seeing it in person. I needn't have worried! After being still rolled up for quite a few days before moving it still lay down flat perfectly after a couple days. Just the right thickness and texture, very satisfied. Great price as well.

Area rug purchase

Rug is lovely. Colors a little "off" - looked blue with white background that turned out to be light gray. One piece of binding was not caught up sewing it to the rug's edge. Didn't want to spend time and money returning and wasting more time waiting for replacement so a strong fast-acting glue was the answer. Still would recommend it since I found it on another site for more money.

Color snd style matches all tastes

First of all this is bigger than I expected and I am happy for it. Somehow I imagined it smaller although the dimensions were clear. Fits perfect in the room. Second, The color is the best for me since I want it in a nursery and I prefer the rug to be "quiet" while I play more with wall decorations. Lastly, the style is very elegant. Finding myself very difficult with rugs because my style is not modern neither classic this one fits smoothly in my deco plans for the room. Spared one star because I expected the rug to be more distressed and "used like"
