[Rewarded Review] Exactly what I was looking for

Exactly what I was looking for to complete my dining room! I needed an oversized rug with some pattern to go under my large dining room table, and this was just the thing. The design is elegant yet subtle, adding just the right amount of texture to the space without overpowering it. The size is perfect, and the quality is outstanding—it feels durable yet soft underfoot. It has transformed the entire look of my dining area. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish and functional rug!

BEAUTIFUL RUG

This rug is beautiful. I bought the 4' round for my small kitchen. It's beautiful in the middle of my kitchen. It makes quite a statement. The colors are beautiful and really goes really well with my floors. I love the quality and the price of it. There is no problem with it laying flat and it does not move around, and I don't have anything under it to keep it in place. There is no shedding, my little dog loves it to.

What I wanted! Negative is that one side of the rug end was buckled, but carpet tape and a weight helped lay it down. There is also two creases across because of the folds. Otherwise I really really like the area rug! Colors & design are great and neutral.

Shipping method

First time ordering a carpet on-line and the carpet is much larger than I anticipated. Love the color and pattern. My lower rating is the fact that the shipping box was very badly damaged with large open areas. I was home at the time of the delivery and received a text message it arrived. It was raining, so I'm thankful I was home to haul it in. Waiting on the carpet pad to put the area rug in it's place.

I never write reviews, but yall need to be warned. They told us we have to wait two weeks to return this badly defected item. That we need to put a bed on the edges and books and whatever else. You guys think that’ll fix this? No. They shoved this 8x10 rug in that box. Don’t order from here. The edge of the rug isn’t even straight.

Pretty but NO!

Pretty patterned, poor quality. It’s a $100ish rug. You get what you pay for. I liked the design and colors, but ended up returning it. It was very stiff and smelled like chemicals. Even after leaving it out for a week, the oder persisted. The height of the pile was uneven in some spots. I did buy a different washable rug from the same company which I’m very happy with.

[Rewarded Review] Better than expected?

Yes, the subtle color of greenish blue in the beige and grey/silver mix is really nice. The rug was easy to unfold and the folds have fallen away quickly. It is soft and fills the area nicely.

The rugs were shipped and delivered in great condition.

VERY BAD SMELL!!!

The design was ok, but the SMELL as other mentioned is awful!!! And when I say Awful it's just everywhere and it's not coming out with nothing!!! I gave it a chance for a few days and vacuumed it a couple of times but it's the material it's made from so it will not come out! Please DO NOT BUY if you don't want a bad smelly house! I never felt such a bad smell from a carpet before !!!! THIS ITEM WAS RETURNED

Beautiful Rugs

I am very pleased with my rugs. I bought 2 runners to have on the sides of my bed. I bought the rug pad to go with it and it was perfect. I didn’t have to cut it.

Rug arrived folded instead of rolled

Nice rug but disappointed and annoyed that it arrived folded rather than in a roll. It has hard creases when we laid it down so we sprayed it with warm water and placed our heaviest books and anything else that would tamper down the folds.

Major Upgrade

We were expecting a large crowd for a recent family get-together. The same undersized 5X8 rug had been in our Great Room for over 15 years. The dated center medallion was lost under coffee tables in the middle of the border that framed the rug. The new contemporary design and much larger size now anchors the room.

Do not purchase this rug.

Very disappointed in this rug ... horrible chemical smell, some curly edges and not true to color. Rugs USA's customer service, however, is 5 Stars, especially the customer service rep, Cathlene. She was very professional and understanding of the situation. She called me back as promised and secured a full refund for me. Impressive.

I love the rug. It even came early. My only complaint is that it comes rolled up so the edges aren't flat yet. Hopefully it will flatten out soon.

What a deal on a 9'x12' area rug! It is a great neutral rug that I am thrilled to have found for such a low price. The only drawback is it's thin. I may choose to add a rug pad, but for now, I'll just appreciate how great it looks in our main bedroom.
