Not washable

I loved the way the rug looks when you first buy it, however, it is not washable. I washed the rug and it shrank. It was so wrinkled that we couldn’t get the wrinkles out after it was washed. I wish I had known I would not have ordered it.

It’s so pretty. I was worried it would be too dark on the blue pattern but nope it’s perfect. So soft too! Not paper thin either! A total winner!

[Rewarded Review] WRONG RUG! Confusing customer service.

I ordered this rug & was so excited to have it for Thanksgiving so the babies have a safe cushioned spot to play. Rugs USA sent me the wrong rug. So I emailed them requesting a replacement. I shipped the incorrect rug back per their instructions & their label, was told I would receive a replacement of the correct rug... then come to find out the correct rug has sold out (I was just refunded instead). So now I have a 9x12 rug pad with no rug to go on top of it. I can return the rug pad if I pay an additional $17 or so for return shipping fees though. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t typically write reviews, but I was really excited for the rug and waited over 2 weeks thinking the correct rug was coming, only to find out that it indeed was not and now I have to decide what to do with the rug pad I ordered.
