[Rewarded Review] Poor Pattern

Literally made us dizzy. No joke. It would probably be fine for a small rug, but we got the biggest size and the pattern was a trip, and not a good one.

Very thin/cheaply made

The rug is much more thin and cheaply made compared to how it appeared in the picture. It was shipped rolled up, then folded in half tightly, so it was extremely wrinkled.

Terrible quality

This is a terrible, cheap quality rug. I have gotten rugs from this brand before, but never this poor of a quality. It is literally like plastic garbage.

I want to start by saying I have another rug from RugsUSA and I love it. This one just didn’t hit the mark for me. I expected the colors to be a little brighter and material to be different. Some people might still love it, it just didn’t work for me based on what I expected.

Easy company to deal with and love the rug.

I'm not sure if this thing will ever lay flat. The way it was packaged seems to have deformed the edges of the carpet in some areas to where it's not even square. Let's hope the rug tape can hold up to the tension we're going to put on this thing. The fibers also feel very plasticy.

Beautiful

I absolutely love this rug and it’s way bigger than I thought it would be, seriously. I purchased the 7ft x 9ft. Im not good with measurements at all so I kept looking at customer review photos for help and also trying it out virtual in my living room. Only thing is that its not totally flat but its still beautiful.

Unfortunate terrible VOC Off-gassing

I love the rug. My big concern is the extremely bad Off-gassing, it is awful, causing headaches, etc. I never had a rug do this. I chatted with Home Depot for help so I did not have to return it. They suggest to air it out & apply baking soda. I am very unsure this will work on such a bad smell. I asked about a cleaning service, but they only made a referral & will not absorb any cost. I will try the baking soda & if that does not work, I will return the rug, we can’t get sick from a rug.

Looks cheap

Looks cheap. The colors are significantly lighter.. the greys are almost white. Almost looks pixelated. Very thin.
