[Rewarded Review] This rug sheds

While this rug is visually beautiful, I am very unhappy with its quality. The rug sheds excessively, leaving small pieces of wool hair all over my home.

Worst rug ever

I am so upset with this rug! Literally sheds soo much! Quality of it is horrible! It turned dark after only 2 months and we don’t even wear shoes in the house. As much as I vacuumed the carpet it never would get clean bc everything gets stuck into it and won’t come out. The hairs from the carpet were getting all over my couch and if I ever sat on the floor it would be all over my clothes. I called customer service to see what they could do and they never called me back! They were horrible! I will not buy from here ever again

Great rug, poor quality

I love the look of this rug, it’s just what I wanted for my living room, but there are at least 10 spots where the weave has become undone. I try to tuck them in but they continue to pop out. Really disappointed in the quality. I haven’t even had this for a year.

I love it. Beautiful color and design. Simple. I like walking on it barefoot because it's like getting a foot massage with all the little nubbies. The rug did have a small "stain" on it when I unrolled it. I'm hoping I can get that out easily. Unfortunately, it's in a very obvious spot. Maybe Rugs USA can tell me how to clean it because there are NO care instructions of any kind. All in all, love the rug. It doesn't smell bad either! Thought I'd mention that because some people noted that they get a rug and send it back due to the awful stench. This one smells nice. Like wool. Reminds me of my grandmother's house with all her beautiful wool rugs. I like this reminder because I miss her. Very happy with this purchase.

I was excited about the rugs I purchased, but after having them for just a month, I’m really disappointed. The rugs shed excessively—every time I vacuum, the canister fills up with fibers, and I have to vacuum daily to keep the mess under control. Additionally, pieces of the rug are already pulling out, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product.I had high hopes based on the design and initial appearance, but the quality just isn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend these rugs to anyone looking for something durable or low-maintenance.

Satisfied with the rug. Definitely exceeds other brands at a similar price point. Would recommend. Would not recommend the premium rug pad, though. The rug is thick enough to go without it.

Love the rug. Modern and gorgeous. The color is a beautiful ivory, not yellow at all. It’s soft for wool and the design and ridges definitely add texture both aesthetically and tactilely. I personally like walking on the rug - feels like a massage or acupressure. My family has mixed feelings about how it feels to walk on. Cat loves it. I don’t think laying down on it would be comfortable. I’d say there is definitely some shedding going on but I don’t care it’s so pretty. I’m very happy with my purchase!

We’ve had this rug for a week now and love it! The large knots make for a very interesting look and texture. I previously struggled a lot finding a rug that was true to color online (everything looked much more yellow in person), but this is true to color to the pictures and I would consider it a nice ivory. I can imagine the loops snagging relatively easily, so be careful with rambunctious toddlers or pets, but overall great rug for the price!!

This rug was beautiful when I first got it and I loved that it made from natural fibers. The high low gives my living room some texture and makes it overall more fun despite being a neutral color. However, it’s been 2 months since I’ve owned it and this thing is incredibly hard to maintain. I am constantly vacuuming it which is not good I don’t think because it sucks up so much of the wool fibers. Second, debris gets stuck in it very easily. And it’s SO HARD to get it out. You’re supposed to shake the rug to get debris off. With the way it is collecting debris, I would have to do that at least monthly and with my heavy coffee table it’s an unlikely task. Lastly, parts of the rug have unraveled as seen in photos. All in all, not a fan. Hope to replace soon because it’s driving me insane cleaning it every day. I literally will take a lint roller to it. If you HAD to get this rug, make sure it will be in a low traffic area.

This is such a nice rug and fits perfectly in our room.

As someone who likes to walk barefoot, I need a comfortable rub and this this rug is so soft, durable, requires little maintenance, is super cute, and is absolutely worth your money. I would buy it over and over again!
