SUPER Cute!

Loved how this rug made my entry look so inviting and cozy. Really sad thing, though -and reason I had to return it- was because the 'shag' area and tassels were too thick for my front door to open! So bummed, but at least Lowes makes buying and returns very easy.

Must love to vaccum

Love the look of this rug. Truly makes the room feel cozy. However, rug sheds a lot...even after 5 months. Its also a high pile so make sure your vaccum can handle it.

Beautiful but not worth the severe shedding

kept for a couple of weeks, vacuumed, brushed, lint rolled, hand-picked daily and it still sheds severely nonstop!! Do not recommend at all. It fills my vacuum canister at any given time. That's how bad it sheds. Loved it otherwise so I'm sad we are returning it.

Amazing!

I am loving this rug! It is really beautiful and feels high quality. The tassels are amazing. It’s a bit thinner than I imagined it would be but that hasn’t been a problem and does not impact the quality. I would highly recommend this gorgeous rug!

EXCESSIVE Shedding

Seriously this thing never stops shedding. I've had it over a year at this point and it still sheds just as much today as it did the first day I bought it, if not more. It gets all over everything and I have to apologize to my guests that it gets on their clothes. I find clumps of fuzz all over the house every day. The rug is absolutely beautiful, but it is NOT worth the shedding, trust me.

Cats claws pull yarn by waking on it.

Unlike the style of this rug, but in day one, my cat’s claws pulled the yarn. I would have sent it back but it was already damaged by regular wear and tear in a cat household. Other than that, I love it.

Sheds so much! Buyer beware!

I bought this without reading the reviews. I loved the look and texture. It never stopped shedding. It clogged up my vacuum and left giant tufts of shag fur ALL over the house. I will be cleaning it up for years to come. Worse than glitter.

It is really a beautiful rug but, the other reviews are accurate. This rug sheds so much. That’s the only downfall of this rug is the amount it sheds. Hopefully overtime it will shed less

Not worthy of a buy.

It's a beautiful rug; however, the shedding is beyond abnormal for a pricey wool rug. The shedding issue isn't resolved by continual finger or vacuum brushing. We have tried to finger brush and resolve the issue meticulously by hand. It's as if we are causing more of a hassle by attempting to resolve the shedding. A rug shouldn't have to shed like this, especially being that it's over $200. Main Pro: Showstopping Rug, accurate measurements, appealing and soft to the eye. Can go lovely with modern, contemporary decor. It's aesthetically well adjusted. Currently looking for something that can hold well in this area, abnormal shedding should be the least of my concerns for this space. Main Cons: Does not hold its value, pricey - over $200. Abnormal shedding, not safe for a crawling baby, synthetic carpet hairs stay on your clothes. Issue isn't resolved by normal brushing and handling of rug. Will be returning product. NOT your normal rug, as I've experimented with a few in this space and this has not been an issue.

This rug sheds so much that I had to get rid of it. It's such a shame because it really is a beautiful rug. I would think twice about purchasing this. It's low quality.

Beautiful rug!

Absolutely beautiful rug! Worth every penny in my opinion as it's been difficult to find anything like this without being outrageously expensive. It does have an off-putting smell out of the package, but after a few days it has passed. Overall, extremely happy with this rug and I wish it came in a smaller size for my entryway!

If you dont mind a mess

Very pretty rug...but the shedding is intolerable. Its constant and profuse definitely would not recommend.

Sheds wayyyyyyyy too much

I vacuumed almost daily, I have never seen anything shed this much. It gets all over the rest of my house, all over my kids clothes like we have 10 white fluffy cats. Also, twice while vacuuming it sucked up the big thick long thread that's woven into the rug. Looks very stylish but not a good rug at all. I had it for a few months and gave it to a friend to put in her basement.
