Super soft. It had less pink accent than in the picture but still very nice. I really love it. Got shipped right away and received it in like 2 days.

Boho chic - love it!

I purchased this runner for our entryway and it’s perfect! I like the change in pile height and the pattern is boho chic. Since ours is in a high-traffic area, the white portion of it is already starting to show dirt. I need to find a good way to clean it. It was bright white when it arrived which was great, but I didn’t think about how all the traffic would make it more of an “ivory.” That’s my fault though. The rug is high-quality and I get a lot of compliments on it.

I love my new rug!

I have a smaller apartment & was looking for something affordable & unique with a bit of shag. I was worried this size would be too small (although sizing up would be too big), but the 6'7x9 fits perfectly under my 90" sectional. As many other reviewers have said, this rug is so SOFT! A rug pad would definitely elevate the feel of the rug, but for now, I don't have one & it's fine. It matches perfectly with my apartment & I love the color details. I purchased the "pink," which as you may see from the pictures is not overpowering, but lends a nice tone to the overall palette (there are blues, yellows, coppers, grays & other colors woven in). No issues with shedding or chemical smells. I should note this is not placed in a "high traffic" area, so not sure how it will hold up, but I don't imagine it will deteriorate quickly. That said, this rug gives my home a cozy feel. I am pleased with my purchase & would recommend!

Beautiful and soft rug. Minor defects.

I bought this rug in the 4x6 size on sale for $79. For that reason I am pleased with my purchase, however, had I paid full price I would be dissatisfied due to some defects upon arrival. The rug is gorgeous and soft but there are some obvious manufacturing flaws on the edge of on side of rug and a tassel on one end is missing. I was able to hide one of the defects by placing it under the couch. There is minimal off gassing but I expect it to fade within the next day or two. Judging by the defects and minor shedding I’ve noticed so far I don’t expect this rug to last more than a year or two since it is in a high traffic area but I was looking for a cute and comfortable rug on a budget and that is what I got. It is very soft and I do feel my purchase was worth what I paid but I wouldn’t buy full price. The damages were disappointing but not significant enough in my mind to warrant the hassle of returning and waiting for a replacement.

Beautiful!

I'm so happy i got this rug! It's much more beautiful in person. It's a high quality rug. I've had it for over a month now and no issues. No shedding. It's really soft. My dog loves it too! The color is definitely what I was looking for. Best decision.

Beautiful rug

This rug is beautiful. I ordered the pink version and it is subtle, but not as subtle as it looked in photos online. It arrived with several pulls/loose threads, which is the main reason I took off stars. The rug was perfect for our nursery and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it so we kept it. CS was supportive. I contacted them with photos of the loose threads and they gave us an additional discount. I hope it holds up well over time! It is very soft.

Neat rug!

I’m ashamed to admit that I have ordered 6 rugs in the past month. Four of them from a different site and ended up returning all of them. (I feel bad for the Fed Ex guy) but anyway, I took a chance and ordered from here as a family member suggested it. The other rug I ordered will be going back but this rug I think will work great! The ivory is a nice true, crisp ivory, not too tan/yellow oatmeal colored which I was hoping for as previous rugs that were ivory looked almost “dirty” if that makes sense and I wanted a true ivory. The gray in the diamond is more of a cool gray, not a warm, but I don’t think this will be a deal breaker. I vacuumed it right away on the bare floor setting just to fluff it up and it rolled out flat nicely. No odor detected and I don’t feel shedding will be an issue.

This was a great purchase. I used the “see this rug in your room” feature on the website that allows you to take a photo of your room and the rug will virtually appear in it! It made our decision easy. This rug is full of great textures- something I was looking for. The raised parts of the rug are very plush. There was no smell when we rolled out the rug and it laid flat very easily. It took a few minutes to fix the tassels. The rug looks great in our space! I’d suggest looking at reviewers’ photos of the rug since the colors are richer in person.

Stylish, soft, pretty textures!

The texture, colors, and feel is so nice. Looked at a zillion rugs and I’m so happy I picked this one! Colors in person are ivory/off-white, black, and light cool-toned gray accents. Has shed very little and the new/chemical smell dissipated after about a week-ish (if this is for a baby’s room, I would air it out for the first couple days in another space). Compliments the black accents in my furniture and is nice and soft underfoot. Mine is on carpet so it is bunching under furniture, but that would happen with any rug, probably just needs a non-slip/rug pad underneath. Overall worth the price and would purchase again!

Perfect!

I am loving this rug! It's soft but not too shaggy. It's colorful, but also looks fairly neutral/creamy from afar. Also, the "pink" is hardly pink. It doesn't shed. It hides stains. Basically, it's the best of all the worlds.

Not exactly what I ordered

I ordered the 6 foot circle version of this rug. When I first opened it, I noticed that it is actually really black and less gray. I was hoping it looked exactly like the photo but sadly it does not. It is also supposed to be 6 feet but it is actually only 5 feet 7 inches which is a huge let down. It's basically a boy you meet for the first time off Tinder. I was left disappointed. I am hoping my new dinning table is not going to be larger than the rug. I will keep the rug because of the price and the quality seems okay.

Great service and quality

I appreciate the photos used to describe the rug but I especially love the reviews that detailed and textures. This rug was definitely much prettier in person. We love it. Thinking of ordering another large one for master bedroom.

Love it

I love it! When I read other reviews it said the rug was soft and I didn’t believe it until I received the rug, and it is! I love the pattern, it looks exactly like the pictures. It’s going in my bedroom once I finish renovating. It exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. This is my second purchase from this site and won’t be my last. And I do recommend a rug pad. You don’t really need it but it just adds to the rugs softness. I have 2 friends that love it too and are strongly considering purchasing it as well.

Darker Colors In Person

This rug is a great modern style. It is actually very soft, with cute details like the braided tassels. However, I had to give this review a 4/5 because in person this rug is a bit darker than pictured. The darker gray areas are more like black in person. Just keep that in mind when purchasing!

Tassel rug

Absolutely incredible! I was very leery about buying a rug this big online but this is my favorite rug EVER! It’s a great quality and super comfy, not to mention it adds this visual texture to the room. If you are considering this rug it’s a definite MUST!

Exactly what I was looking for. I have two small children, so I wanted something soft (for those falls), but not thick shag or too white (for those inevitable snack spills), and still interesting without overwhelming our room. This rug is perfect, and we've gotten so many compliments!

This rug far surpassed my expectations. It wasn’t my first purchase from Rugs USA & I was so pleased. The rug is very soft, has a trendy style, and was a great price. It has many colors you can tie into the room, but it’s not too “in your face”/vibrant. I highly recommend.
