Cheap and thin!!!

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase. It’s such a hit and miss with reviews but when I say the bad reviews are true they are! After in rolling it and getting all the kinks out I measure the rug. I purchased a 6x6 square and it came up short. Very disappointing. The rug is very very thin! Horrible quality for a $154.00 rug. Not good quality at all for the price. More like a $50 rug!

Love This area Rug!

I have read some negative comment on their experience with Rugs USA. I can honestly and confidently say that we did not experience any issues with the product or communication from this company. I’m just an average Joe from Southeast Michigan, and I don’t have any agenda here other than speaking truthfully about our personal experience. Our rug game within 5 days! Ordered on January 3, 2021 and it was on my porch January 8th. I received text message updates and emails regularly.

Great look and value

Beautiful! Even my husband who was mad that I bought yet another rug, loves it! It's his favorite! Really brightens up a dark room! I really do have too many area rugs but its a great way to refresh a room and add some layers without spending an arm and a leg. I order from Overstock all the time. For home, for the cabin, and for a BNB cottage that I also rent out in the summer. All good stuff and great values!

Nearly perfect

I love this rug. It is much better than I imagined it would be. It is the perfect shade of blue, bright but not too bright, dark but not too dark. The white is an "off-white" almost cream color and is also the perfect shade. My cats love hanging out on it on this rug; it is plush and thick and makes my living room feel very comfortable.

Almost returned this perfect rug

When I opened the corner of the package I saw the shaggy material and got worried. Last time we had a shaggy rug my husband got itchy from it. Showed it to him and sure enough he cringed. I started looking for a different rug but couldn’t find a pattern like this and in this color. Went home and told him we should open it up to see the full effect. If we really don’t like it I guess we can pay to return it... As soon as we laid it on the floor we were both oh wow! It looks really good and SUPER soft to the touch. My toddler immediately started dancing on it and shouting I love this carpet I love this carpet lol We ended up a movie night with pillows on this rug. My husband loves it and says daily it’s so soft lol. FYI we also got their premium rug pad to go with it.

This is a go to rug for several of the interiors we do for Model Show Homes. The pattern is interesting and blends well with a global based or soft modern interior. The thicker shag pile holds up well and adds warmth to the room. We especially love the tassels, although you do have to be careful vacuuming the piece without sucking those up.

This rug is definitely what I saw online. It’s a lovely piece and for the price you can’t beat it. After having it for over a year now I will say it may have been a better choice to not use it in a high traffic area as the threads are getting matted down. I do have pets so that hasn’t helped. I will buy again though because for the price I would replace this one again in a year.

Absolutely adequate.

I love the look of this rug, at first I wasn’t sure if it would work. The quality did not speak to me, although I realized it would be this way due to the price which is nice and low. As I set up my living room more and more with the rug is placed, I realized that it this is a good choice for me. The size, color, etc. It needs to flatten out a little bit more still, but I am hoping that the wrinkles and creases will flatten out with time. Overall, for a rug of this price, I’m pretty happy with it!

Soft, beautiful, exactly what i was looking for!

I LOVE THIS RUG! We just moved into a new house and after weeks of tirelessly searching for the perfect rug, i finally found it. It’s very soft and i love the look of it. Its been in the room a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues with shedding. After a few days it laid totally flat & the mild “new carpet” smell dissipated. Took a little over a week to arrive. I have a quarter inch rug pad under it to keep it from sliding around. I originally found this rug on a competitors website for $60 more.

Boho and dog friendly

I did a lot of research before choosing this rug and we are super happy with it! We used the trick of laying painters tape down to decide on a size, and opted for the large 9 foot one. It was a great choice.

Good rug for low use area

I love the style. Had to exchange at first because of an obvious fringe defect causing one side to have missing fringe. Replacement product was fine but because of the hand made nature still seems irregular. I don’t mind this and kept it and like that it doesn’t look factory made. I’m not too worried about spills but it could be a concern because of the natural materials. I recommend it for a nice looking rug and good value.

Gorgeous Rug!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I’ve bought many rugs from Rugs USA, and this is by far my favorite purchase. I bought this in the off white color for my large living room to brighten it up. It’s a perfect amount of shag to hide any dirty imperfections. The tassels are thick, flat to the surface, and It looks like I paid $1000 for it, when I only paid around $200. I also think the off white color will hide dirt well, but we will see as time goes on. Very happy with this purchase!

Finally happy with my apartment after getting this rug!

I'm OBSESSED with this rug! No matter how much I decorated & re-decorated my apartment, I just was not happy with it. Until this rug came along. I've had several rugs in my living room but none of them compared. This rug lightens up my apartment & goes perfectly with my dark gray furniture. Even though it is a light color, you cannot notice stains (I got the off-white color). It's soft & makes me actually want to hang out in my living room! I love how versatile it is--would match so many different decor styles & colors. It arrived quickly as well! I will DEFINITELY be ordering more rugs off of this website!

LOVE IT! Very Trendy, Neutral Boho/Moroccan Rug.

I absolutely love our new 9 x 12 Moroccan/Boho rug. It has a great neutral palette to work with many different decors/styles. The Diamond pattern is a deep, smoky gray. It’s fluffy, soft & cozy. FYI... I had to give it 3 days to air out, and 24 hours to lay flat & then it was absolutely fine. It stays in place. I opted to NOT use a pad under & it feels absolutely fine. If you want it really cushiony, then get a pad, but if you are just looking for a bit of cozy/softness then you should be fine. We’ve had ours for 6 months now and still looks brand new. I highly recommend & will be buying again from RUGSUSA.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this rug! The rug is just as cute as in the photos and I loved the shag texture. Both of our dogs loved this especially our geriatric Shepard. This is like a security blanket in a fug form she loves to lay on it, roll on it, sleep on it. It is not padded or anything it is a normal rub but she adores it. The shag feature of this rug is lovely and feels DELIGHTFUL between my toes! I love that there is no wool in this rug so it is easy to sit on without the itchiness of wool rugs.

Color is darker than off white

I could tell from the pics online that this "off white" would more likely be a deep cream/almost being color but took my chances for the price. It is, in fact a darker color tone than I hoped for, which may be perfect for some but only adds a drab addition to darker wood floors, furniture and cabinetry. It is a nice high pile Berber carpet-like texture - soft and not itchy like synthetic rugs can be. I'm sure it's the perfect rug for those who's colors work with the dark cream and charcoal in this rug. It's much better quality than I expected. I just needed something with a bolder black print and a lighter background. This is inevitably the challenge of purchasing online, especially when it comes comes to rugs. The no-tax, no shipping deals as well as price makes RugsUSA the best site in that respect.

I got this for use in a high traffic area on vinyl plank flooring. I've only had this for a little over a week so we'll see how well this holds up over time. Initial impressions are that the construction seems to be of good quality with nicely finished edges, fat tufts, tightly woven backing and double stitched edging and braided tassels.

Oh my goodness! This rug is life! Soft underfoot, not pure white- so it will be great at not showing dirt and stains. I just unrolled it today, and for the price it can't be beat. I've bought several similar black and white/ ivory rugs, mostly plush and shag, some wool(which shed horribly indefinitely) This rug is THE ONE- the perfect texture, size, color, material for our living room. I am so happy with this purchase. The tassles are the icing on the cake! No chemically smell, like you find on some synthetic rugs. I am happy.

Fantastic Buy

Was very pleased when l laying this rug out on my living room floors as the pics do not do the rug justice. It has a luxurious feel, is soft, plush and exactly on point for a Beni Ouarain pattern. Many retailers would sell this rug for a couple of hundred more in 9x12 so I feel Overstock price was a bargain. The color is not an off white as pictured but a true ivory/cream (not white) so be prepared for this darker tone but a complimentary shade for MCM , farmhouse and industrial interiors. Thank you Overstock, couldn't be happier with this purchase.
