[Rewarded Review] Not as advertised

I ordered 2 rugs that were advertised as measuring 2' x 3'. Upon receiving the rugs, neither one of them measured as advertised (one measures 1’11” x 2’10.5” & one measures2’4” x 2’11”). I contacted the company and requested to return for a refund and was told that I would be charged a 50% return fee. I provided photos proving that the rugs were not sized as advertised. They pointed me to a random page buried in their "Help Center" that makes reference to the notion that rugs can vary in size up to 5%. At no point during the purchase process did they indicate that there could be a variance in sizing (and one varies by more than 5%). During my online chat session with them, they just stopped responding. I simply wanted to return the rugs (in the same condition that I received them) for a refund and they refused to accommodate that request. They are engaging in false advertising and nefarious business practices. STEER CLEAR of this company as they do not even attempt to deliver against their mission of providing an "Exceptional Experience."

Rug for pool deck

I bought two of these to use on pool deck. They look good. They have held up pretty good so far. Not sure they will make it through next year.
