Worst rug I've ever bought

This is truly the cheapest, thinnest, scratchiest rug I've ever bought. I kept it because we all know what a pain it is to return these larger items, but it does NOT feel nice on my feet. I've bought much softer, nicer rugs for much less. It's listed as being over $1000 full price, which is clearly false advertising. Will not shop this site in the future.

Strong smell, cheaply made

Very strong odor going on 4 days. Not able to sleep in the room. Much less carpet fabric than expected. If you fold the rug over on the carpet side you see black fabric at the base of the fibers. Wouldn’t purchase again for the price. Otherwise looks decent which is why I gave it two stars.

Better in person

I thought this rug was going to be super dark, but the white really comes out in person. It’s a lovely color. We got the 12 foot runner which was perfect for our entry way. Would definitely recommend because it’s also washable! Great deal for the price!

Blue/Grey rugs that bring warmth to a room

The rugs look like the picture on site and easy to clean. They are shipped crunched up in box so takes two days to get wrinkles out and to lay flat. Actually laid upside down to help get them into a flat state and walked on them. We really enjoy the rugs and look great in our entry ways

Cheaply made. Backing shows through making it look gray or dirty

I have purchased many rugs from RugsUSA, I am really disappointed with this one. Not soft at all, and not a tight weave. I can’t explain but I would not of picked it, if I saw it in real life beforehand :(

Weird creases

Really wanted to love this rug. The colors are true to the pictures. However, a couple big issues with the rug:

Beautiful, not busy.

I loved the rug online, but I was worried it could be too busy for my son's homework room/hangout room. It isn't busy at all. It is soft, and it adds a beautiful, subtle layer of pattern to the room. The white part is more ivory than pure white, which is fine for us. I knocked a star just because it is so difficult to keep smooth. Note: I put it over wall-to-wall carpeting, but I'm sure it would be fine on hard floors with a non-slip pad. Not so on carpeting, though. I have tried not slip padding and rug tape, but it still finds a way to ripple in the middle. I'll keep trying solutions, because we really do love the look of it.
