Cheap Price but Cheap Quality

You get what you pay for I guess. The rug has an unpleasant smell that I haven’t figured out how to get out. It’s not very soft - a little scratchy even. When I unfolded the rug after it arrived, I noticed several areas on the rug where the backing was showing through. It was a cheap rug so I guess I shouldn’t have expected better quality.

Great price for oversized rug!

I also bought this rug in a 4x6 in grey. The blue is way nicer. Vibrant peacock blue, not navy, not indigo, not teal. Ive attached photos of it with my navy ottoman to compare. For the price I can be okay with it only lasting a few years between the kids & pets. I did buy a rug pad to make it a bit more cushy but it is soft.

Cheaper Quality Than Expected

I am still trying to decide if I'm going to return this or not - it feels significantly cheaper than my last two rugs from Rugs USA. It's flimsy and the fibers look fuzzy almost - not sturdy like in the listing.

Not as pictured

The design is as pictured, but it definitely does NOT have the same faded style, the edge is more noticeable and bold, and the color is much much much lighter than pictured. It is a very pale grey. I'm keeping it because we needed a large rug for our living room, and it will work. However, I am disappointed in Rugs USA for the first time.

Terrible quality

I loved the design and price of the rug; however, the quality is just ridiculous. Within ONE WEEK, there was already a noticibly worn spot in front of one of our recliners. I don't anticipate the rug lasting very long. Thankfully we got it on sale, because had a paid full price, I would have been furious. I don't think I'll be buying another rug online.

Disappointed

I love the color and pattern of this rug but when it came there were some spots on it where it looked like a different material got woven in like a jute material. Also, the thing that really made me upset is that when we spilled water on it or tried to clean up stains, the carpet shrink and rippled in that area. Very disappointed.

Pretty, but thin and misshapen

The rug is very pretty and works fine, but I do have some issues with it. It is much thinner than I was expecting based on other rugs I've bought from here (clearly a different brand that I didn't pay attention to). It is mostly for looks, it doesn't provide any level of cushioning - you can feel the floor underneath, if that makes sense, whereas others I've bought are still thin while providing some cushion. Also, it is not square, which makes it difficult to line up over top of tile or hardwood that has lines - it looks crooked any way that you lay it. I bought 2 sizes of this rug, and both have that same issue.

Looks cheap and thin

I have bought several other rugs from Rugsusa. All the precious rugs were thick and good quality. Unfortunately, this rug appears very cheap and thin. It has wrinkles in it and does not lay smoothly on the floor. I am keeping it anyway because it seems very expensive and difficult to ship back a rug. However, I do not recommend this rug at all.

Beautiful rug

Beautiful rug, all of my rugs are from Rugs USA and have had no problems. But I have had this for several weeks now and the wrinkles just will not come out. It is in a high traffic area and I even put heavy books all over it and still wrinkly. If anyone has suggestions I welcome them. Otherwise very happy with the style and design of rug. Oh and this is a runner.

Love my new rug

Love my new rug. Great color! It matches my color palette in my house perfectly. I have been on a hunt for a rug but always got hung up on the price. This rug was such a great price point. Love the vintage styling. Slightly faded but not super vibrant. Thinking about buying another rug for the kitchen and bedroom. Quick shipping too.
