Great customer service and product.

We received our reclining sofa a couple days ago. We love it. It was easy to put together and looks great. It's comfortable and we love that the center drops down into a table with cup holders. The center has plugins as well which are super convenient. As for durability we don't know as we just got it a couple days ago but seems to be made well. The storage underneath is very nice as well.
I absolutely would buy thesofa and loveseat again.
I was told it is too stiff not comfortable.I love mine.I chose this for my daughter and they bought it for a cabin in the piney woods of east TeX.What I like is the drawer.I have my meds and tools for checking my well being where I sit.So convenient.Would recommend it to others.Has to be 3 1/2" " from wall.We also bought the loveseat with both purchases.

This couch is so comfortable and convenient with the storage and drop down table. Assembly only took 5 minutes and was straightforward.
Good for the money!
It's good and comfortable. It fits well in our space. Putting the footrest down takes a little effort. Other than that, it's great.
Expectation of quality of product falls short
Friendly folks at the store and good service. Couch arrived with a stain I had to clean and a spot of stitching on a footrest is already coming out.

I actually enjoy the couch even though I am only writing this review for the sweepstakes. I have only had it for a few weeks but it is comfortable and the fold down table has been very convenient to have. Looks better in person than in the pictures. #sweepstakes
Sofa has mechanical problem
This sofa is used everyday in my livingroom by me.
Poor service
No one listened to my request that the sofa was a gift and not to notify the person it was intended for. No notice was given to the correct person when it suddenly arrived. The sofa is not very comfortable.
Couch not to comfortable for
Couch not to comfortable for a person with long legs. I will never buy another couch sight unseen.
