It is very easy to cook with them. Food are cooked very well in it
I hate to have to say this but, this cookware has some flaws. The two Dutch oven pans have handles that will burn your fingers when pan gets hot! The same goes for the lids too, and the handle covers get very hot too! Now the two frying pans have thick handles on them so they will not burn your hands, thankfully. I have uploaded pics to show how the handles look and what I'm talking about. I really love the performance of cooking in these pans, but I have to remember to wear mittens to protect my hands and for safety purposes I will not let my kids use these ever.

I bought this back in February but finally got to open and use them just last month in our new home.. I have followed the burner instructions but my skillet the bigger one of the two is burning/ scortching.. No matter the amount of scrubbing it doesn't come off.. Used the little skillet and the non-stick coating is chipped and flacking by the handle brackets
