The chair never made it to me!

Missing details make a difference

No idea , purchased and received it , few days later when I go to assemble it I read it has a low weight rating , since I didn’t immediately open and you have a 48 hour policy I’m now stuck with it as you won’t let me return it and Chris the rep who offered to let me exchange it now won’t return emails or calls with a product with higher weight rating. Deceptive sales is what you practice. I’m guessing repeat customers isn’t your thing because after my den seating I will not be buying the future planned bedroom furniture and dining room set.

I am sitting in it now in my new office at home. Its comfie for sure. It was a little bit challenging to put together, but I did the job! The only thing is that I wish it would recline a bit, but it doesn't and makes up for that in comfort, plus a deep discount.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is defective design. I’m having a injury in my knee and unable to pack it to return to the store.

Suitable for WFM purposes

I purchased the chair for my work from home set up, arrived quickly, easy to assemble and is comfortable however the CA P65 warning is what concerns me. This is not the first time I purchased an item from SHOP HQ and the P65 warning is not disclosed in the description. I've purchased other items with no issues.
