Cheap and very small ugly planks

I was very disappointed most of the planks have Ugly defects and most of them came short like very short pieces

Received wrong item!

I ordered a bunch of floor samples and received 3 that were incorrect - this being one of the them. I called to see if they could send the correct items. Given that Home Depot messed up, you would think they would paid to ship it back instead of having me to go return at a store. Unfortunately I was not able to see the sample! Crappy customer service!

Excess product not returnable

A Home Depot Measuring Agent laid out the job and established the number of cases that would be needed. The product was ordered and delivered from the Pittsfield, Massachusetts store. A Home Depot contractor installed the flooring. when I tried to return an unopened case to the Pittsfield store, the store refused the return, claiming that this had been a special order.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT

Ordered this flooring in June, Professional Installer arrived ( contracted through Home Depot) and began to put the flooring down. After it went down in the hallway the Foreman noticed the flooring was creaking badly. Issue was the milling, instead of the tongue being round it was cut off straight and flat. That meant there wasn't enough material fitting into the grove of the flooring causing it to move and creak. First order was returned, Bruce sent a second order and it was just as bad if not worse! Again the Installation Foreman refused to install this defective product. Where is the qualtiy control at Bruce? Obvioulsy there is none. Home Depot has been supportive and helpful, but we now have to wait yet again to order different flooring, this time from a different company. VERY FRUSTRATING.

The flooring arrived on time and matches exceptionally well to the existing floor in the rest of the house.

Looks beautiful

We are quite pleased with our new flooring and is a close match with our other hardwood. We would recommend this flooring to anyone considering it. We hired a contractor to install the flooring and he did a marvellous job.

Flooring was overall pretty good. Random boards were not the proper width at one end, other problem's with occasional defects at the manufacturer.

HORRIBLE!

Excellent product. Few if any imperfections. Good assortment of lengths

The wood is beautiful, very few imperfections, little waste and good mixture of different size boards. There was a couple boards damaged by what looks like someone hit the box with a fork lift blade which was a shame. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Excellent Product

This flooring is excellent quality. Quite easy to install. Very pleased with this flooring. Prefer it to engineered flooring.

Not the best grade.

This is not #1 grade hardwood. My waste was excessive and the overall finish was less than perfect. I would call this #2 or #3. Once you have it and are working with it there is nothing you can do about it.

Don’t try to call for assistance.

I’m sure that this product will be high quality. Problem is that I have yet to get it. It has been four weeks as of today and still no flooring.

Color very different than in pictures

I just had the copper light oak installed. It looks very different than what is pictured on the home Depot site. Instead of a nice light brown, I've got something that looks orange. I don't want orange wood flooring in my bedroom.

We purchased the Plano Marsh first and due to numerous imperfections were short 2 cases. We completed the floor with the Originals Copper Light. It blended nicely and the room looks great. We will definitely use this in our kitchen.

I wanted hardwood floor in my remodeled bathroom to match as close as possible to existing pre-finished floors. This did the job. I hired a floor layer to install. I ordered two boxes but one box was obviously made up of discarded rejects. Warped, bowed boards and dings in flooring. Couldn't use most of box, but HD was acceptable in allowing me to return. Floors turned out great.

Beautiful floor!

We just had this lovely floor installed through Home Depot. The installers from Diamond Flooring didn’t have any issues with it, and there was very little waste. They did a great job! We love the colour, and it’s very close to the sample photo. We’re very happy with the results!

Small pieces. What I am supposed to do with that?

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order. Upon opening the first two boxes of my order, I was disappointed to find that the product consisted solely of way too small, inadequate pieces. It is impossible to complete a proper floor installation with these pieces, making this purchase a complete waste of my money. This level of quality is just unacceptable.

Flooring looked good - except I didn't realize it was pre-finished. Oh well.... I just needed one piece; so I'm sanding it back to wood to match the rest of my floor.
