Not what I expected

Books doesn’t fit, only horizontal. Painted really bad quality.

Great little shelf, only down side is that there is not finish on these. The natural is a good bit lighter than the what is shown in the picture. I was looking for something to match another natural wood piece but one that had the clear coat. I will just need to clear coat these myself. Still fit my needs well.

Nice cute shelf

It is very tiny but cute. I thought it would have a coating or finish but it is completely bare. However my daughter likes it and it could be painted later.

It serves its purpose, but the wood is rough cut and very poor quality. You get what you pay for.

Very Expensive Scrap Wood

I cannot imagine anyone spending the original $49.00 on this item. The material is genuinely scrap wood with a thin coat of polish. Much of the wood is splintered right out of the box, and with naturally formed holes that should not ever be included for choice wood. The only plus of this product is that it is very easy to assemble.

Easy assembly

Very easy to assemble. Not completely white but hints of cream. Still nice %26 sturdy. I could fit about 15 book using only 3 shelves. I suggest not tightening all the screws until the very end. Also use a small drill to tighten (not too much).

Not white

It is made of extremely cheap "wood". It looks like it may have been in the general area while painting was going on but managed to get away unscathed. I had to buy paint and paint it myself. But bc the wood was so cheap it was hard to build up a decent base coat. Don't buy it, not worth the savings or the trouble

Casual Rustic shelf

Easy to assemble and is actually wood not a laminate. Just seems more like a plant stand. The shelves are narrow and not quite like the picture. If you want a smaller shelf and a more rustic casual look than you will like it.

Indoor only!! Flimsy and cheap

I’ve purchased other ladder bookcases that were easier to put together and better quality. The wood split when I was inserting the screws on more than one level; and the stain comes off on your hands

I returned this item. I was shocked at how light it was. It is not painted white, it’s just unfinished wood. Worth maybe $15
