Box didn’t have the correct parts

The box came with two side panel pieces, one of which was mislabeled, so it was impossible to put together. So frustrating!

Very Nice Step Stool

I bought this step stool for my 2 year old to use for the bathroom counter and kitchen. It is sturdy enough that I don't really worry about her falling off of it, but light enough that she can push around. I only wish it had little elevated handles on the sides so that she can climb up and down it easier, but she does just fine without them too. I've only had this item for about 2 weeks, but it is easy to clean.

Easy to put together. We use this as a step stool for our library, which has high shelves. It looks expensive, although it wasn't.

Sturdy and easy to assemble

This step was easy to assemble and is sturdy. It's the perfect size to use in my son's bathroom so he can reach the sink. I would recommend this step stool for use with kids.

Stool is a nice size for my 3 year old daughter. She can use it in the bathroom or easily transport it around the house. Not flimsy, nice wood.

Cannot assemble product without wood screws.

Assembly screws that came with the product have broken tips and won't work. Cannot assemble product without wood screws. Looks good, but of no value if I cannot assemble it myself. Cannot reach a human being to ask for replacement screws.

It was not what I expected at all! Came in a million pieces I do not have time to put something together for hours! Very disappointed

It's an ok buy for the price...i would have paid higher price for a better quality though. it will work for now as my kiddos are growing.

Extremely two small, kept it, because when I finally opened box, it was approximately 1 month later. Assembly was simple, will donate to a daycare, too small for an adult

This is great. It's wood and white and easy to move. Easy to assemble. HOWEVER, the front actually slants backwards toward the steps in an odd way such that there is a gap between the top step and the cabinet in front of our sink. Little feet can get stuck or step in this crevice. It's weird that it is not 90 degrees vertical. Not sure why this design would be useful. We will keep it but it's odd.

I bought this white stepping stool for my granddaughter and grandson for there bathroom sink. They now can happily brush there teeth and reach the sink The stool was very easy to put together and also made very well . Would buy again.
