Each box is a different color shade

Boxes are NOT consistent. The manufacturer in China must have changed the ink settings from batch to batch, because each box has a different color shade. All of the boxes are the same item number, but the tiles in each box have some that are lighter and some that are darker. This means that when my floor was finished I now have stripes and checkerboards instead of it looking even all over. I wasted my money and now my floor permanently looks bad.

Does not stick! Returning

We purchased vinyl stick on tiles at Lowes and they were great. We decided to tile another room and ordered these. They are nowhere close to the other brand we purchased. These are thinner and does not stick at all. DO NOT BUY

Easy Peasy! Looks Great!

This tile was just what I was looking for to replace the old flooring in my vintage camper. We used 3.5 boxes. Super easy to peel and stick. The only downside is the sticky stuff on the back gets all over your hands but Goof Off takes it right off!

Four squares to a tile

These are 6" x 6" black and white squares (2 of each on one tile) NOT alternating black and white 12" in tiles. I thought that it was a pack of half black and half white tiles like their other ones but a mixed pack. The return shipping costs almost as much as the tiles so now I have to find something to do with them because it's a giant waste of money to return them.

The thing that I like the most about this product is the design and color! And the finish is lovely. And somewhat glossy! They are easy to work with, and the price is just fabulous. I received my order in a very timely fashion, and no chipped or broken tiles, that was huge I would recommend this product to friends and family absolutely, actually I'm going to order another four boxes, just love it!

Outstanding product! Cuts easily with a razor knife and straight edge, and the adhesion is fantastic! Being a complete beginner, I covered approximately 250 square feet in my kitchen in under eight hours, and it looks like a professional installed my floor! Saved me 1000's! Great product!

This is probably a fine product but I wanted a product that had a mixture of matte black 12 inch tiles and white 12 inch tiles. I had looked through a lot of online descriptions to find one that looked like what I wanted. This product looked right in photos. The dimensions were 12x12 inches, like I wanted. Unfortunately each big tile had 2 smaller black and white square markings (6 inches sides) on each tile. It was cheaply shiney like bargain patent leather but in the ad it looked more like matte finish which I wanted. Also it was thinner than I wanted (1.2 mm instead of 3 mm) which its description did include but it appears that most "luxury tiles" that I saw were 1.2 mm thick. Good news was the return process was easy. Of course I had to pay return postage but it wasn't the end of the world, maybe $12ish for a heavy package. Fortunately this goaded me to dig deeper in the storage room for other old tiles (I had 2 whites but no blacks to start with), and I did find a box with a different brand name but the exact tiles I needed, probably 30 years old but in good enough shape.

Easy lay

These tiles replaced our real wood Parque tile floor that was damaged twice by water. These tiles are virtually waterproof. They were very easy to lay down with no extra adhesive needed, and they were easily cut with scissors. My wife loves the retro look, and the pattern makes our kitchen look much larger.

For a Kitchen

We prepped our kitchen floor with underlayment, primer, etc. Tiles were easy to install and look nice. Some have popped up in areas that aren't walked on so they will most likely need some sort of glue. There is also a look to the tile that looks like smudges, I'm not sure what it is, but it's on all the tiles. Not that noticeable, maybe there for aesthetics? Overall, am pleased with the product and the kitchen is so cute.

They are Just OKay...

Even though the colors are pretty bright and clean, the alignment of these is a little wonky. It is hit or miss. The glue on the back is sticky, but several tiles had glued corners that the glue had dried and lost their stick. Also, I had to go through the box to look for broken corners and such, but they were going in my travel trailer, so for the price, they were great, I ordered extra just so I could have some to replace any in the long run. I expect I will have to get some tile glue to keep them down. They were easy to cut (actually found scissors worked great) Very easy to install. Cheap price, and they ended up looking great when completed.

NOT AS DESCRIBED / PICTURED

* * WARNING * * These vinyl floor tiles are NOT WHITE. Unfortunately, the description and the picture in the listing are incorrect, and the product box does not have the color of the tiles either. In my opinion these tiles are Light Grey with splashes of Off White, and the veins are Grey-ish with a Green-ish hue. I have a Behr Semi-gloss paint color chart, and the closest match to the floor tile colors are Polished Silver (AE-49) which is a grey hue, and Shaded Moss (AE-35) which is green hue. Despite the advertisement error I like the tiles, and luckily they will still work with my project. So, the real problem is with the seller, not the manufacturer.

Inexpensive flooring

Product is exactly how they described it on the website (including the colors). For a really inexpensive flooring, it does the trick. The tiles had a bit too much glue, but would much rather have too much than not enough. If you get WD40 on a rag, the glue comes right off the floor joints. For someone looking to replace their flooring inexpensively, this is the ticket. So far it has held up well and is extremely easy to maintain. I'd purchase it again.

Good vinyl flooring

It was hard to find black and white checkered vinyl flooring in all the big box stores, so when I found these on Overstock I was thrilled. I installed them in my small kitchen on the diagonal, so ordered extra boxes to allow for lots of cut pieces. The tiles cut very easily with a utility knife and straight edge. A few of the tiles arrived with one or two corners broken, but I was able to use them around the perimeter where they needed to be cut anyway. So glad I found these, am very happy with the results.
