The first delivery they didn’t pack it correctly and they were all cracked so I re-ordered it and the second delivery. They were absolutely fine. I was able to return the first delivery to the store without any issues. The actual product is nice and light and worked well for my herbs.

The window boxes are the perfect size for me to plant a few herbs in. I hung them on my fence rail for easy access.

Broken and filthy

The boxes arrived cracked and chipped and covered in bird feces.

I got delivered 3. One had a crack on its side. Another was completely filthy with dust and dirt inside. Scratches on all 3.

This item is extremely sturdy for the price, and comes with a metal bar to further support the sides and prevent the sides from bowing under pressure. My only complaint is that the drainage holes didn't seem to be sufficient - I wound up drilling more in - and that the metal bar used to prevent bowing had metal burrs that prevented the bar from fully fitting into it's holes properly. I had to pinch down the burrs and straighten the ends in order for the bar to fit.

Like cheap plastic buckets

Like cheap plastic buckets, so cheap the sides aren't formed properly. Take ANY pail or bucket and drill some holes in the bottom and you've got a better looking pot/planter.

When I saw this planter online, it looked so much smaller. So when I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised at how large it was. It's a great product for the price!

Nice but damaged

Beautiful planter, sturdy and nice-size. Arrived dented on one side, but so perfect in other ways I kept it and just turned the damaged side to the back. Lowe's could be more careful with packaging, but thier products are good quality.

Great Planter

Solid planter even after filled with 20 lb of soils and plants. Should last a long time. One of the planter is missing the optional horizontal support rod.

Not very durable

Love that this is made with recycled materials, but it is not very sturdy. I ordered ten for shipping, and four of them came cracked.

They were all nasty inside like someone brought them back..the metal bars were missing from 2 of them that help hold it up to a windonw.

No negatives here. These planters are beautiful and a fantastic buy at under $9.00! They hold a lot more soil than you think they would and you can use them with or without the removeable drainage tray. AWESOME PRODUCT! Will definitely buy again!

The plastic seems somewhat brittle but it is a calming seaside blue with a drip tray and details similar to crown molding in its design. It also has a metal staple-like piece that braces the middle as well as a raised interior bottom to help with drainage and plant health. The label required some effort to remove. Overall it is pleasing and I trust I will enjoy it all season long.

Value for money

Exactly as described and much better value than competitors - and the fact that it is made from recycled material is a big bonus!

The BLOEM DAYTON 24 IN. plastic windows box with Tray is great. Is very easy to use and maintain. It has a middle bracket to help keep it strong in the middle for it not to bend when planting. The tray is easily removed when needed and it keeps a good amount of water reserved for your plants. When over watering, you can simply drain the tray or remove excess water. Additionally, the soil is kept within the box and little or none is drained. I currently have it growing some vegetables and it is working out pretty good.

It’s getting close to spring and I wanted a planter that was a lovely color like this blue one. Then I looked at the sticker on the planter and found out that it is made from recycled plastic from the ocean. It is also made in the USA. I just love the idea that this planter is made from the recycled plastic. I was surprised at how sturdy the planter is. It is not inferior in any way. Now that I know they are making these out of ocean plastic I will always look for this label and buy these over any other product.
