This chair was hard to put together. After all that, its uncomfortable AND takes ridiculous loud noises any time the person sitting in it moves.

Overall, I'm Happy With My Purchase

I wanted a modern-looking office chair with arms. I partially assembled it, then got help affixing the arms and the chair back. This chair comes with the plastic casters.which I detest, but replacement 3-inch polyurethane wheels were easy to find and order. The chair looks and functions so much better! To make this modification, you'll need to make sure wheels have a 7/16 shank--and are "push in," not threaded.

Smelly chair sturdy design

It looks sturdy, and design would be great for taller people. I'm going to return the item. As it failed to mention it has prop 65 warning on this page, which could lead to possible bad health issues. It smells really bad of chemicals. Like a tire. Wouldn't be nice to smell all day using. For the current price range, it should be using better materials.

Garbage. screws are some sort of cheap composite. leaned back and two broke in half. chair lasted barely a year.

Satisfied

This chair is by far the most comfortable office chair I have had. I needed a new chair for my home office, and chose this chair based on the reviews. I am happy to say that I am so glad that I went ahead and ordered this chair. The seat cushion is very well padded plus the assembly was quick and easy.

I would not buy this product again.

This is a long term usage review - purchase in January 2019 and the chair pad is worn out completely. I weigh 185lbs - below the weight rating of the chair - so I would think it would have lasted longer. The rest of the chair mechanics is fine. Need to replace seat after 2 years

Good quality so far, assembly was a challenge.

Bought this chair for my office. Assembly was a challenge due to some of the screws not really wanting to go in easily. I had to get the included Allen wrench and really put all my strength into getting them all the way in. Otherwise, so far so good.

Office chair assembly

Very difficult to assemble. One person can not assemble without help. Definitely need two people to assemble and even then very difficult. I have assembled many swivel office chair and this by far the most difficult and challenging.

Nice, supportive desk chair

This desk was pretty easy to assemble. The directions were somewhat confusing based on the front and back view of the top of chair.

Good value

It's comfortable and cool. The mesh back keeps me from sweating. It's sturdy and good quality. I didn't give it 5 stars because the back doesn't recline like it says it does. Still happy with my purchase though.

A good seat for working from home.

Best way to assemble is seated with chair upside down in lap. I bought two and second went together with less effort after I found the technique on the first unit. In use I love the folding arms and lumbar support. I spend most of my day online and in this chair.

Broken after 3 weeks

I purchased this on sale but still over a 100 dollars. I liked that that chair has back support. It was difficult to put together for one person and had way to many parts. 3 weeks after we purchased the arm rest stopped working and seemed loose. there's no way to fix this as it came attached to a part that already assembled. I would have fixed it if I could. Additionally, the upper leg slides off the seat, so not great for people over 6 feet tall. I give it 1 star for a bargain price and 2 stars for over functionality and back support.

Highly Recommend

My job gave me a bit of money to purchase office supplies during the pandemic. I didn't want to trust an Amazon purchase and Target, Best Buy, and Office Depot was too pricey. This is a GREAT chair! I am so happy with the comfort level.

Great chair for the price

Bought this chair because of the reviews and I love it. Its easy to setup, the seat is nice and wide and comfortable. The lower back support is great. The wheels glide smoothly across the floor. I am 5'5 and the chair works perfectly for me. My brother is 6'3 and he found the chair to be a good fit and comfortable as well.

Stiff chair, not ergonomic

If you expect a chair to be ergonomic, this is not it. Mesh back was breathable but not adjustable. Expect to sit stiff. Instructions were ok. Had a tough time getting the arms to fit and align correctly. Once the arms were on, everything else was easy to assemble. Arm rests are not height adjustable. I did like the style but this chair is not for sitting long periods of time. Unfortunately, I had to return this chair.

Comfy

I ordered this chair and it arrived two days early!! It was packed securely and none of the parts were damaged or missing. It took me about 30 mins to put together. Word to the wise: be sure you read/follow the directions to the letter lol. All screws were labeled and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It’s a nice, sleek, comfy chair with a big ole seat! Love it!!!

Small seat, not for tall people.

I bought this based on the positive reviews, but once i got it and sat in it for a day at work it was very uncomfortable, so much that i returned it. The part of chair your butt actually sits on is small and also very firm. Just could not get comfortable in it. I'm 6-1, 180, so might be OK for shorter people, but if you're tall I would look for another chair, especially if you're going to be sitting at a desk all day.

Comfortable!

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I've owned. I'm over 6' tall, and the height and back support are perfect. It took a while to understand the instructions, but once we got started, the chair was reasonably easy to assemble. I would buy another one if needed for another room.

Decent Office Chair

Assembly was fairly easy, 12 allen head screws, allen wrench included. Don't forget like I did, to use the 4 washers on the seat baseplate. Take care not to stripthe wrench or screwhead, wiggle the allen wrench into the screwhead as it is a tight fit.
