very nice chairs. very durable and easy to put together if you know what you are doing. We have purchased 45 of them and seem to be holding up pretty dang good

Chair hardware is malfunctioning

The seat cushion hardware does not slide into the leg hardware. So we were unable to put it together for that reason. the metal sliders did not engage with the rest of the metal sliders. The parts that put the chair together are inadequate. We never sat in the chair for that reason. Cheaply made hardware.

Smoothe clean lines in a very comfortable chair

I really like the clean lines of these chairs. I ordered several for my office. They slide together nicely and are super easy to wipe clean. Very soft with thick padding.

I ordered 4 Executive High Back Chairs. I have returned them for two reasons 1) They are extremely difficult to assemble (we assembled only one chair, to try it out); and 2) the material used for the arms and chair legs looked like it would scratch easily. Macy's customer service is superior to all other venders and this return was no exception. They credited my account quickly.

Chairs look great & feel solid

I ordered 5 chairs to replace roll-around chairs in my conference room at the office. The chairs were bigger than I expected, which was good because they look great at the conference room table. Order was easy, delivery was fast. I would have given 5 stars except one of the chairs had 2 stripped screws and one of the wood supports was cracked/split. I was able to replace the stripped screws and the split wood won't impact the structure of the chair. The chairs come in 4 pieces with no tools needed for assembly. Assembly is simple, but not necessarily easy at first. After the first couple chairs I got the hang of it and it was easy after that. Very happy with the chairs, look great & feel solid

Absolutely horrified with the product. The instruction insert available through the website has no instructions just some pictorial display. Additionally, there is a guide via a you tube by the manufacturer (again no words), which shows a person putting the chair together within a minute or two sliding all the pieces of the chair in place.My pieces did not fit together at all. After attempting to slide the product as instructed multiple times without luck the product began to tear up. I ended up disposing off the chair.This is the worst experience I have ever had with an item of furniture. There was no point in returning it because chair was damaged.

Do not buy!

Says no tools required (NTR), so one would think the chairs are easy to assemble. One would be wrong! They should have made these chairs assembled using tools as that would have been much easier. The metal slides in which you put the chair parts together do no match up but are just close enough to matching up to make you go insane and start ripping your hair out. Cheap and unusable. Would give a 0 out of 5 if possible. Not satisfied at all with this product, the price, or the cheap quality of its slides and parts. Honestly surprised that Home Depot would have this product on their website. Would not recommend whatsoever.

Using as waiting room chairs in an urgent care. Sturdy chairs have lasted so far to high amounts of traffic, and I expect they'll continue to last for years to come. The surface is easy to clean and disinfect. Assembly was quick and easily done by one person if you desire.
