Easy assembly and comfortable chair

The assembly of the chair can easily be done with one person and it wasn't too complicated. The chair is comfortable and I live all the adjustments available.

Excellect office chair

I have been working from home over a year now. I was using a dining room chair as my office chair. I decided it was time to get comfortable in my new work space. I was looking for the same type chair I had at the office. Ordered this one, hoping to get the same comfort. MY OOOOH MY....Great comfort and adjustment features!! Just what I hoped to purchase! I am well pleased with my purchase!

[Rewarded Review] Poor seat cushion

Too expensive for the poor seat cushion. I have to add pillows to the seat which raise me up and i dont get the full lumbar support the chair provides and is actually very good. The seat is just hard and cheap. My bottom literally aches if i try to sit in that chair for a full work day.

A great adjustable chair

Super comfortable chair that I could adjust for my specific body and postural needs. I can now sit through my days videoconferencing without getting body and neckaches. Love the soft yet supportive seat! I am so happy to have finally found a chair that meets my needs!

Like the chair; not easy to assemble

I have long legs and wanted a seat that comfortable, but I didn't want a big, bulky chair. This chair fits the bill in this regard. It has lots of features. The chair is heavy and for one who is not handy, not the easiest to assemble. The online videos are misleading. Also, until I adjusted the chair for sitting I could not fully screw in 5 of 6 bolts that attach the mechanical device to the seat. I sent an email and left a V/M with the maker, but have not yet heard back. This makes me nervous because the maker advises that all bolts should be tightened every 3 months. I don't know if this is an abundance of caution or strongly advised.

I use this chair as my office / work chair it was a replacement for one i have had for 8 years that one was great very comfortable and was worried that any replacement would not be as good . This one has surpassed my old 'great ' one by miles ! this is super easy to adjust , has more adjustments , better seat, simple to assemble and is well built . I am very pleased with it - would recommend to anyone in need of a super good chair at a good price with comfort , adjustable , simple to assemble aspects that will give many years service.

Extended Use after Repair

I have had this chair for over 5 years. Have a thick plastic liner to protect from wear on the wood flooring. About a month ago, I noticed that the height adjustment would only hold for one session. To replace the chair was $200. I looked on Youtube and found out how to replace the gas cylinder. Cost me about $13 and a half hour dismantling and replacing the old cylinder with the new one. I am a handy man, so I was able to get the right size cylinder after an online search, remove the old tightly fitting cylinder and reassemble. Helpful to use a 14" pipe wrench with a metal tube over the handle to get the needed leverage to loosen the cylinder from the base and a mallet/hammer with a block of wood to persuade the fittings to loosen. I did have to remove the seat to get at everything. A second set of hands would have been helpful!

good value

Got this for my wife who is WFH for the foreseeable future. It is a nice chair with many adjustments, but it doesn't fit her petite frame. The seat is wider than either of us need, which means the armrests are too far away, even in the fully retracted position. The full range of height adjustment doesn't go low enough for her, so her feet are on a phonebook for now. At 5'11", I'm comfortable with the seat all the way down. Not sure who needs all the available upward adjustment. Assembly is not difficult, but will take some time. We debated about returning it to the store, but have decided to keep it, because it is comfortable enough for me. We will keep searching for a new chair for her.

Great ergonomic chair

I bought this ergonomic chair for my work from home job. I spend 10 hours a day on the computer for work and am thrilled with how comfortable this chair is! It has lumbar support. The chair height and arm height are adjustable. The mesh back is nice and breathable so that I don't spend the day sweating. This is a great chair I highly recommend!

The chair itself is very high priced. When you standup it clunks very loudly and if you disengage the sliding seat adjustment, the chair seat still slides. I contacted the manufacturer but they would not respond. For the money, the chair should be better. there are many more chairs out there that are better for your money. Do not buy this chair.

Great Chair at great price

I purchased this chair for use at my desk at home. The price was exceptional. I called Office Furniture and talked to "DJ," who was friendly and very helpful. The chair was delivered with 4 or 5 days of placing the order. Putting the chair together took me a few hours (most people could probably do it faster). This is a very solid chair with lots of available adjustments. I've used it everyday in our home office. I certainly could recommend the chair for home or office.

Accommodates a Variety of Individual Preferences

We had a hodgepodge of office chairs giving the office a makeshift appearance. I also had the daily complaints of back pain, broken chairs, etc. I needed to accommodate a variety of employee physical characteristics (short, tall) and workstation heights. Wanted one chair with the capability to easily adjust to any individual need and be comfortable for everyone. This chair has exceeded my expectations and it gives the office a more uniform appearance.

I am a classroom teacher and I was looking for a new chair in order to be comfortable during my work day when I'm seated at my desk. I decided to do some of my own research and comparisons across many different chairs, from all different retailers and companies. Unfortunately, not many websites or retailers had clear reviews listed on any office chair products that were above a cheap $100 chair. I decided based on comparison of specs to bite the bullet and try this chair. I have to say, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. Not only was it extremely easy to assemble, but the amount of adjustable features makes it perfect to find the perfect position for you. From the back, the armrests, the bottom, the depth of the chair, the height, the tilt, etc., all of the features make it great to fit you and your own style.

Comfortable but does not last

I have now owned 2 of these chairs over the past 3 years. I am VERY thankful that I purchased the extended warranty plan with them.

Great Chair Overall

I like this chair. I have been sitting in it for about a week now and have very few complaints. My biggest issue however, are the armrest. The left arm rest moves back and forth, but the right does not, so either I use the left too much or the left side is not as firm/tight as the right.

Very comfortable chair

I was using an executive style chair at my home computer and over time developed considerable back pain that I attributed to no lumbar support. After a short time I would find myself hunched over. I borrowed a chair that had lumbar support and most of my back pain went away. I ordered this chair based on customer reviews and the price. When it arrived the packaging was badly damaged and had three broken parts. I called customer support and within 5 days the parts arrived. I really like this chair and would recommend it because it can be adjusted in many ways depending on type of sitting requirements. I also found a site that demonstrated the proper positioning of a chair relative to the user and the desk configuration.

Replacement Chair is 100% Great

I purchased this chair as a replacement for a pro-line exactly like it, I have been using for about 10 years. The long seat was affecting the circulation in my lower legs. This chair with the seat slider makes it just perfect for me, because I am a short legged man, only 5'5" tall. The mesh back is cooler and more comfortable than the leather model. Although I did swap the fabric seat for my leather seat. The seat slider made it fit perfectly, I am very pleased with it.
