I looked at the shower glass door installation. It is so complicated for a DIY guy like me I looked for an installer. It was going to cost me $1,500 - $2,000 to have it installed by a professional. I had no idea it would cost that much. I asked Home Depot to return the sliding glass door but they declined because it is part of a package/kit. I was told I had to refund the entire package/kit, even though you sell the glass doors separately. Home Depot declines returns on individual items from a package/kit purchased online. So now I am stuck with a $700 glass doors that I cannot install economically. This is a bad policy on your part. I'm really agree about it.
Poor Manufacturing and Design
There are quality problems with the manufacturing of the panels with length and thickness inconsistence.
Super cheap
Walls are junk, they sent wrong size, no support, endless on hold, did not use,
Do not buy as other reviews stated.
The unit arrived in the correct packaging and amount of boxes. When opened one interlocking back panel was missing making the unit unusable. The solution offered from Dream Line wouldn't provide a replacement in a timely manner, leaving us with a halted project and an unusable bathroom for an additional week. We had to purchase a second insert and move forward without reimbursement or the original panels. Unacceptable customer service and solution from both Dream Line and Lowes on this project.
The back wall is made in two sections that do not fit flush. When installed, there is a sharp ridge from top to bottom. This is very dangerous and unsightly.
Disappointing
The shower base and doors are good, however the wall system is difficult to cut and just looks cheap. The top has no finished edge and teh overlap for the back wall panel bulges slightly. Unfortunately I purchased this as a kit vs individually and one is not able to return just a portion of the order without returning it all.

This looked very nice as the surround in our remodeled bathroom. The doors were sturdy and slide very smoothly. The walls look nice. I usually prefer tile walls, but if you are looking for a cost saving alternative, this is a great choice.
