Water line connectors at the base of the faucet were not marked H or C, nor did instructions detail which was which. I guessed wrong. You have to connect the marked braided supply lines to the faucet base and then to the water supply shutoff valves. Ordering online I missed the unit size and the faucet received was for a vessel style sink. It stood too high for my standard sink and I had to return it. My mistake, sort of. The return went reasonably well. The first unit took 10 days to arrive, the second about 5. This faucet was a replacement of the same brand and style that had a stainless braided supply line that unexpectedly burst. The line had discolored areas and one spot was deteriorated. No idea why or where the spots came from, I'm the second owner of a 6 year old house. The braiding is a component of the overall structure and any issue will expose the weak rubber liner which will not hold water pressure on it's own. I have 3 of these in our house. The other two units showed no issues. I was lucky as I was home and heard the water start running in the bathroom for no apparent reason. The 15 rolls of toilet paper under the sink ended up in the recycle bin.

It's a veryxattractive Waterfall faucet and will enhance any bathroom decor as they come in multiple styles, colors, and finishes. The only downside is the majority of these fixtures always come with to short of lines and requires extentions to complete the job. The pop up drain was so easy to install, looks and works great. Overall a great value.
