We like the product however the large plastic anchor does not screw in as directed. When start with a drill hole, the anchor damages the drywall. I had to use a wall anchor. I was matching other Porter accessories and I had the same issue with those.

Needed to replace a broken towel holder and this one matches very closely to the broken one. Could use the holes and anchors from tha old, didn't need to drill nee holes! Perfect!
