Love The Smell

I love this scent. However, I do agree that the price is too high for what u get, The scent does not last long, and turning over the sticks only helped for a short period of time. I bought incense it is nice.

Ojai Lavender Reed Diffuser

I love the scent of this for my home office - it's fresh and relaxing. That said, the scent has trouble filling my small space (10 x 10 ft) despite flipping the reeds daily. I'd love to see a stronger version of this, like the recent highly scented candles.

subtle and clean

The ojai lavender diffuser is clean and fresh, but subtle, which is exactly what I want in a diffuser. Sometimes a lavender scent can skew a bit cardboard....but this is the perfect lavender scent. Love it!

It smells good when it’s first put out

It smells great initially, but then the scent faded quickly and not it’s just a bottle with sticks. I’ve turned the sticks upside down twice to renew the scent, it only helped minimally the first time and not any more luck doing that. Kind of a lot to pay for a short amount of scent. The teakwood and Tobacco is quite a pleasant smell however.

Fresh and Relaxing!

I was looking for a fragrance for my bathroom, and this was perfect. Whenever I walk into my bathroom it smells fresh and gets me into a relaxed mood. At the same time, it is not overpowering or overly floral/sterile smelling like you can find with other scents that are placed in bathrooms.

Ojai lavender

Most delightful smelling diffuser, ever! I also have the Ojai lavender candle, which I love. The scent in both the diffuser and the candle is clean and not overwhelming. Most scents I find cloying…too much like perfume. Good job, PF Candle Co!

The Juice

I'm always hesitant to label my "favorite" PF scent as it often depends on the day. However, I can pretty unreservedly say this is my top warm-weather, bright scent of theirs. (Tough to unseat Golden Coast!) A crisp, fresh feeling to this one. Enjoy.

Consistent quality diffusers & candles

I've been using PF Candle reed diffusers and candles for awhile now and am pleased with the consistency of the product. While Ojai Lavender does not smell exactly like traditional lavender, it has a fresh, clean welcoming scent. I also love the Teakwood & Tobacco scent as both diffuser and candle. Again, consistent, long lasting and of higher quality than most.

BUY IT!

I've tried several scents from PFCC and I have to say, this one is my absolute favorite. It smells amazing! It is such an authentic lavender scent, like fresh lavender out in the fields. The scent is so clean, fresh, and calming and the throw is perfection. Strong enough to fill the room but it's not overpowering. And that's coming from someone who suffers from migraines and who is extremely sensitive to certain smells. This one doesn't trigger my migraines at all. I currently have this scent reed in my office at work and I get SO many compliments on it. It's such a beautiful, classy scent. I definitely plan to buy more, especially for gifts!

Smells Okay, Not Lavender

I don’t find the smell unpleasant. It is not lavender. It’s more like a floral citrus smell. Being from the Pacific Northwest with lots of lavender plants, it’s just not a typical lavender smell. What I love about lavender is it smells natural and earthy. This is not that.

Where is the scent on my diffusers?

I purchased 3 Ojai Lavender reed diffusers for my home (small bathrooms and bedroom) unfortunately there’s no scent. I tried flipping the reeds to encourage the smell however I still don’t smell anything. Very disappointed in this purchase. Bought this scent as it was highly recommended. Beware if you are looking for a moderate/strong throw. This product unfortunately didn’t work for me, not sure if I received a bad batch. I tried reaching out to customer service but all they did was inform me to wait 2 weeks for the reeds to soak up the smell… and to flip the reeds over from time to time… I also purchased the matching candle and incense on a separate order. I hope those have some scent in them when they arrive by mail.

Soothing!

Okay so honestly I am not the biggest fan of lavender! But i do find small doses of it to be soothing. It was a leap of faith getting this diffuser online without smelling it—a leap that paid off! i LOVE it. It’s in my small bedroom (roughly 9’x11) and isn’t overpowering at all. It’s a more grounded lavender scent than what I smell with other brands’ products. Would recommend!

WOW!

This is amazing! I don't usually love reed diffusers, I find the scent too faint and stop noticing them quickly, but this one is incredible. The actual scent is a super beautiful lavender, but the throw in my bathroom is just perfect - I notice it every time I walk in without it being overwhelming by any means. I plan to buy a few more to hide in corners around my house, I cannot get enough of this scent. The candle is wonderful too.

Atmospheric Lavender with Citrus Undertones

The reed diffuser from P.F. Candle Co. is a great way to add fragrance to your space without having to burn a candle or use artificial fragrances. I really like the aesthetic look of the brown amber bottle paired with the minimal labeling. The smell itself is a very earthy lavender with hints of citrus and something grounding, but also kind of airy. Every day or so I just flip the reeds over and you get a fresh waft of lavender. This makes a great gift too and would be amazing paired with the matching candle.

The perfect scent for any season

Ojai Lavender is the perfect addition to my bathroom! It is such a fresh and clean scent that pairs perfectly with a relaxing shower or my daily skincare routine. The lavender notes are light and not overwhelming, and I also love the hints of citrus. I could see myself enjoying this product at any point throughout the year. I have been buying PF products for years and this is truly one of my all time favorite scents!

Subtle Goodness

The Ojai Lavender Reed Diffuser is the subtle goodness you need to keep a room smelling fresh. The reeds omit the citrus notes, which provides a clean/fresh scent. I love PF's Reed Diffusers for those who can only handle faint scents. It's just enough to know something is there. I'm very particular of where specific scents go, this one belongs in the bathroom closest to the kitchen, or a smaller bedroom that needs a little oomph.

Smells amazing!

This scent is lovely. I am typically a ride or die fan of Swell, for my reed diffuser at home. But Ojai Lavender is wonderful. It's not overly sweet and not too strong. It doesn't overpower my living space, but I love smelling it when I walk in right away. It's nice and spicy lavender. Delightfully fragrant, and smells like real lavender. It doesn't have that artificial standard air freshener smell to it. It's has zero trace of chemical like some lavender scented products sometimes smell like to me, and also doesn't have that standard perfumy floral scent. It's fresh and lovely! Highly recommend.

Perfect Bedroom Scent

Lavender is a commonly used product to help aid in relaxation and sleep, so I thought the Ojai Lavender reed diffuser would be perfect scent to have in the bedroom and I’m happy to share that it is indeed a perfect scent for the bedroom. The diffuser gives off subtle scent throughout the day and night. I woke up one morning and the scent was wonderfully fragrant in the air. It was sweet, warm, and fresh, like linen sheets, fresh washed, line drying on a bright spring day. Who wouldn’t want the smell of clean sheets all the time?!

Soothing scents of Spring

Upon opening the reed diffuser, a deliciously heady, yet calming scent of Ojai Lavender wafted over me. It would be cliché to assume this product would bring an air of relaxation, but I added it to a corner of my bedroom and it has helped to create a peaceful space to unwind each night. Usually with reed diffusers I flip the reeds once a week, this fragrance can easily stretch to 2 weeks. I would recommend using this fragrance in a closet, guest room, bedroom, living room and even a bathroom.

Lovely lavender scent

First, the scent is a lovely variation of lavender that I haven't experienced before. It has a gentle lavender quality, with a subtle spiciness to it that makes it a little unusual and noteworthy. You get the floral lavender notes and a little warm spice (I can't quite identify it!) that elevates it to something that isn't your grandmother's lavender, if you know what I mean. One diffuser easily scented several rooms, but wasn't overpowering at all. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a sophisticated scent for their home.
