Not A Nice Memorial Gift

I will not be able to give these out to my family. Not a nice memorial gift. Not up to the usual standards that I am used to with this company. Also very disappointed with the way the boxes are taped. It makes it look like a used gift. I asked that these boxes not be taped. If they couldn’t do that, then I asked that they not send the order. Order arrived with taped boxes. Very disappointed with this purchase. I wish I never purchased them. Customer service person I first emailed was not helpful at all. Luckily, I then got a very helpful person. Having a rude person in customer service just further upset me. I bought so many ornaments over the years, I feel bad at being treated so poorly. If you are a collector, you want nice gift boxes. There are many prettier memorial cardinals. Look around before buying this particular ornament.
