The vase took 2 months to receive, when it was not on backorder. When it did arrive it has a dent/ hole in it and it is totally crooked. It is not usable. I asked for a refund and was told they do not offer refunds, so I can keep it for a discount, again not usable, or I can get a replacement, who knows how long that will take. A vase from Four Hands in collaboration with Amber Lewis, I am shocked at the quality control and the quality of the vase.
